I've identified that my rotator cuff muscles are weak and are contributing to my shoulder pain resulting in poor upper body workout performance.
Would it be wrong of me to stop my current exercise cycle and focus for a month or so on building rotator cuff strength and devolopment?
Of course I would do some maint. exercises so I dont atrophy.
