Sounds like the gentleman from the other board may be experiencing migrane headache and/or a specific type called an Ocular Migrane.About to start my first swim with GH. I know we have lots of ages on here. Caught my attention.

I've had these visual migranes occasionally my whole life. No headache, just the visual starburst effects and disturbances. They last from 5-10 minutes.
