Women-Only Oral Primo Dosage help!

Hi.. everyone!
I have done 3 cycles of Anavar in the pass.. I got some Oral Primo pills,, each pill is 25mg.. but I’m a little confused about the dosage when it comes to Oral.. I found information only for the injectable version.. please help!
Female 38
130 pounds
Around 20% body fat
Working out 5 days a week
Lifting weights.. mild cardio
Goals lean body mass
