Oral raw storage

I have been keeping a hefty amount of dbol powder vacuum sealed in refrigerator wrapped in foil for light protection. I however have noticed that it seems the potency has gone down. Anyone here noticed that or know if the 36F temp is bad?

-20 is your freezer. Basically everything loses potentcy over time.
