Never homebrewed anything before so forgive me if this is completely retarded. Want to run metformin,cilais, and telmisartan daily. dont want to deal with a bunch of telemedicine bs so just ganna order raws and do it myself. this is my plan to make 10 days worth at a time. let me know if there is a simpler way or if this can be improved upon at all.

using a cheap amazon mg scale

5g metformin (500mg ed)
50mg Cialis (5mg ed)
400mg telmisartan (40mg ed)

add this to 50ml humco giving me my daily dose in every 5ml ( maybe i could use less humco and make things more concentrated ?)

I have done similar things with other orals such as AI’s and it works fine. Never used humco, I just used alcohol. Shake the fuck out of it everytime you take a dose. 50mg is pretty small amount so make sure whatever scale you get can actually go that light.

When making an oral suspension does the powder change the volume of the liquid like say you want to make 25mg/ml aromasin 50ml do I just put 1.25g of aromasin raw powder? Or do I have to desolve it first then add the vehicle

i have a Metformin RX from my primary , and it’s dosed 2x per day , unless you have the extended release. May want to consider that and brew up a separate dose , rather than mix with the others.

disclaimer : I don’t know how it’s dosed for bodybuilding /longevity , but i still take it 2x per day. 500x2.

1 time a day for metformin seems to be all that is needed unless the dose bothers the digestive system. it takes weeks to build up to be real effective so multiple doses a day are not really needed.
