Sooo heavy sent me a bottle of Osta Rx to try out and log my experiences so that is exactly what I am going to do. Each serving (3 capsules spread evenly throughout the day) contains 20 mg of the SARM ostarine along with some other stuff. Further info at the link below if interested.
Couldn't get to a computer till today but I started taking (had 2 tabs in case frontloading was necessary due to the supposed 24 hour half life) it on Friday night before i went to the gym. Obviously you don't feel something on the first day, but I had one of my best deadlifts workout in a long time.
Friday's (9/14) Workout:
Power cleans to warm up for deadlift. 135x5, 155x5, 185x3
Deadlifts: 225x5 (double overhand), 245x5 (double overhand), 275x3 (double overhand), 315x3 (mixed grip), 355x3, 365x3, 405x2, 435x1, 455x1
So I took old macy-pooh's advice, "pulled like a cunt", and beat my old PR by 30 pounds! Just happy about that haha
DB Hammer Curls: 40s x10, 45x8, 50s x 6
Concentric only concentration curls (sounds gay but they get my biceps fried): 30 lb DB 3x8
So I'll be continuing the osta for another 27 days and go right into a 2 on/ 4 off regimen with AAS. I'm still trying to decide whether or not to use this time to lose some chub and hopefully maintain muscle with the SARM or if I should keep making strength gains (because the past couple weeks i've finally been getting in the right groove) despite definitely needing to lose some BF. I'll probably just simply eat clean and let whatever happens happen. Gained 10 pounds since school started up again but I'm sure some of that is water from creatine.
hope you guys follow along and at least read my workouts. As Sworder has said about his log, my mistakes will be immortalized.
