Saturday workout

Ez bar curls: 4x12@ 75 lbs

Single arm cable curls 4x12@30 lbs

Hammer curls 3x10@20lbs

Farmers carries 180 ft, five sets. 115 lbs per hand.

Sauna.

Holy fuck I thought my forearms were blasted after I beat the monkey but those farmers put that to shame. Will definitely be incorporating these every weekend.

I've been doing them since they where suggested to me. I think they have helped my grip tremendously.
