Over 40 experiences

So chest day 1, back day 2, legs day 3, then keep repeating?
I guess I wrote that wrong. I edited. Basically I have a full day off between workout days. Then just repeat the cycle.

I get good recovery and basically work every body part at least once a week. I used to do 2 days on, one day off when I was younger. Same ppl concept though. I've tried other approaches but this always works best for me.

To mitigate health effects keep doses at lowest effective dose for shortest amount of time necessary. My vote goes to test, rGH, primo, oxandralone, and low dose mast. I like mast but higher doses really fuck with my joints. Also a big fan of peptides like bpc 157, TB 500, and GH peptides.

If you find what dose of test and rGH keeps your health markers in good order and feeling great you can do a lot just on those. A couple times a year you can do a low/moderate blast for 8 - 12 weeks that is "reasonably" low health risk. And keep your health supps in the mix always. I take fish oil, ubiquinol, D3, magnesium, zinc, niacinamide, NAC as well as a very in check whole food diet. Rarely or never any processed foods, sugar drinks, or alcohol. Keep cardio in the mix all year.

If you want to maximize health though probably just trt within normal male range, 2iu GH max, and HCG. Any anabolics over normal range will likely effect health but it's proportional to the harshness of the compound, dose, and length of use.

I'm not there yet but closing in. Primo test var. Most people handle these well and I've been great with them in bloods. I still play with things now but in the end I see the three as all I'll run.

Agree with this, test is prob healthiest if markers are kept in range, plus addition of hgh. My issue is that I have to stay legal and most trt clinics have hgh at 380-400 dollars for 15 units , just can’t swing that.

Seems to be a pattern with people suggesting primo and GH. I've studied a lot about primo and I'm starting learning about GH, it's something I'd never considered before. I never realized how many people take it. Very good information, thank you for your reply!

Many people have low sides and health effects from a reasonable primo dosage. Personally I don't feel any mental or nervous system effects from primo and it's a nice anabolic. Smooth and easy to run. There are a lot of opinions on GH, I love it at 2iu or slightly higher a day. 3iu or more and I retain a lot of water, which is fine on blast but not so much for me day to day. 2iu is considered high normal if not slightly higher for an adult man. Search for @Type-IIx posts and comments on GH. He has probably posted the most good info on it. There are other great knowledgeable people but posted on it as well though.

Sounds like you're going about this the right way. Not jumping into things before you've done your homework. Once you do your DD and decide which direction to go give us an update!

Thanks! I really appreciate the information and the link to the GH thread.

I’m still paranoid about cancer and hgh, I know there may not be much evidence, but how does one truly rule out a cancer? I met a guy last week who had advanced prostate cancer and had it all surgically removed… he was 47
I’m more worried about lymphoma, leukemia (Dennis Newman?)

That's one thing I remember people talking about years ago was that GH made every cell in your body respond, even cancer, so I never gave a thought to looking into it, just thought I'd never do it. Now so many people take it and love it, I'm curious about it but I don't know if I'd risk it or not.

I’m on the fence too, if I ever got a blood cancer I’d always think it was something I’ve done to myself.

I really think safest for me is 125 mg test weekly and one or two blasts with test prop for 6-8 weeks.

I know exactly how you feel. The older I get the more I appreciate life and fear dying. I want to cling on to youth but I also don't want to push to far and mess up my life. It's easy to get excited thinking and talking about doing this stuff. I could see how it's easy for people to do too much

Another option I was thinking was to up my trt to 150 which would put my free T around 1100, and just cruise on that for a while

I'm 46, I still blast and cruise. My advice to you would be something like this...

I used to have a '77 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme, my grandma gave it to me when I was 16. It had 150,000 miles on it when I got it.

My best bud and I spent a summer vacation in his dad's garage. Without rebuilding the motor, I redid the top end, ripped out all the smog equipment, installed Edelbrock RPM intake manifold and an Edelbrock 750 carb. Then I ripped out the exhaust and installed headers, with dual pipes running out the back and those racing pill mufflers that were pretty much just open tubes with a bit of fiberglass.

I threw a rod and blew that motor up within 6 months. Damn it was hot while it worked, but I was left without a car.

Seems I never learned my lesson. Be careful out there. All kinds of things could go wrong. Get bloodwork often. Keep an eye on your heart. Get a blood pressure cuff. Make sure your diet is pristine. Be religious about your cardio. Dont use orals. Dont use tren. Keep your total T levels within a sensible range while cruising.

Hahaha. I'll tell you what. I have this chevelle on the garage right now....

I love this!
:) thanks....

As for your "what do you take" question... unfortunately I take it all. I never exceed 1 gram of gear per week though even on heaviest blasts. I still play with orals. Last I ran tren was maybe 18 months ago though never again. I do not advise being stupid like yours truly, but so far so good.... although I have to eat Telmisartan like it's candy.

Get to work on it! What I wouldn't give for a Chevelle right about now, even a non running one with a decent frame.
Projects are just my life. Currently on an obs chevy ls swap but I don't do the electrical lol. Old tractor locked up and probably needs a rebuild. Just finished a cheap cub cadet tractor mower i got for a steal because no one works on things anymore and towed it to the other property... I love ferris mowers now for my land I live on though. Doing an oil change right now as i type on the f150 and one of the parents car they brought over.

It's really not much just takes time and I like to procrastinate. You know how it goes.
