I was trying to cut for the last 6 months and have managed to lose 35lbs but it's come to a stop. I'm finding it harder and harder to maintain a deficit when I'm always working, working out or on the go. I'd love one day to sleep in and do nothing. I can't wait for Memorial Day bc that will be my fist day off in almost a monthIf you are always exhausted due to working a lot that can affect workouts to a degree. How is your diet?
