I live an incredibly active lifestyle and I hate slowing down due to recovery factors. Now in absence of all PEDs what do you guys do to help recover? Any and all opinions, equitment and suggestions are welcomed.
Ex. I stretch 30 mins every day
Hot tub and suana once a week
8+hours of sleep throughout the night and usually a 30-90min nap in the day
Foam roller and pulse massager
Compression clothing during sleep
What else you fellas got? I want to be able to be active 7 days a week, not neccasarily lift in the gym but other high intensity activities
