Pack was sent out overnight yesterday and havent recieved yet.

I placed an order with a very well known source. Order was sent express mail and according to the tracking number it was recieved at the post office yesterday at 4:53 pm. My question is why didnt it arive today and should i be worried. I dont have too much experience with express mail but from my understanding its always overnight.

Not to all locations...Sometimes USPS express is a 2 day express...They only have certain areas where they can gaurantee 1 day express...If you live in a small town or the source sent from a small town it will most likely take 2 days...

Probably should have mentioned it left Cali and is heading to Jersey so that was 4:53 cali time so that was like 8pm here when it got picked up. As long as it sounds normal...i can sleep now tonight thanks bro

I must agree with pump. Some of these guys must be watching too much Star Trek, and think we should have replicators pumping out gear right in their living rooms within minutes.

Hey my problem is it was sent out overnight express mail, not priority like most use and when i saw it was shipped out but I didnt get it the next day thats what got me worried. Whenever I have use express it always came next day. I just wanted to make sure it wasnt anything out of the ordinary. Better safe then sorry.

first off it is not called overnight express. it simply express mail. its guaranteed to be 1 0r 2 day delivery.

now if package what drop off in cali aroung 5pm usps is not going to have it their in nj in one day. next its probably not going to be there in 2 days since it was received at 5 pm.

furthermore, ups will probably deliver the package. most of my express mail is delivered by ups.

Sometimes they guarantee next-day delivery, but like Iron Jay said you have to be near a large metropolitan area for one-day service. Otherwise, it's 2-day service AND the clerk SHOULD advise you of that.

I believe if you read the sign it say "Guaranteed overnight to MOST locations"
