It was time to get my shit together. I feel fucking awesome lol now we stay consistent and follow the plan. Expect some big changes this next monthFollowing. Good shit.
12 oz top sirloin for breakfast unseasoned air fryer cooked, tried to push as much of the fat off with paper towel as possible. Cardio and shoulders tonight. Estrogen is at a 15 and I feel fine but 0 libido. EQ is really tanking my e2 but it’s working well, unsure what to do about it
