Test ACE?! I think I’m in love. Haven’t used test ace since my home brew days. So much better than prop imo.

My increased abuse starts tomorrow AM as well. see ya at 3g of oils till 2025!

Not sure if frontloading primo is a thing, but I'm totally doing it haha

So I think my protocol is going to be:

1-1.5ccs test Ace per day
3ccs primo m/w/f
100mg EQ m/w/f
Gh 6iu am/pm
5amino1mq 50mg x 3 daily
Anadrol 100mg randomly

EQ is staying in to try and get my hematocrit up it's chronically low.

Also going to be eating real food as much as I can. I don't think any of this shit will actually lower estrogen but if it does teeny bit of MENT is a sure fix

Have another echo scheduled for December want to see my EF between 55-60.

Lipids are great, no issues with BMP or CMP so 0 point in not getting huge this winter. I'm tryna catch up to SLUPPking aka @Trenbolonetax that big fucker is huge

I'll pull e2 in 30 days. I take 2.5 letro a week for now
 
Normal day tbh.

I don’t know how people struggle to get 10k.

You can be a truck driver and barely do more than 2-3K if you don't force yourself to add steps. Sometimes i have 2 big walks of 30 minutes one in morning and one in the evening and barely surpass the 9-10K. But ofc i have days with 12-14K..depends if it's a training day or rest day. For example when i have a push or pull session i do almost 3K steps in the gym but when i have legs usually 1000-1500 because i'm resting more and not moving around after heavy sets.
 
I’ll be posting regularly starting tomorrow. Actually starting to recomp a bit but I’m not pushing nearly as hard as I could be.

Also what’s the opinion on sprints for quad growth & hamstrings? I feel like I’m seeing a difference
