palms become yellow while using DNP

im in day number 6 of my cycle of DNP and im using right now 400mg for last 3 days and my
palms become yellow
does anyone can explain this side effect?
is that dangeroush ?
2g of vitamin c
1 cap of multi vitamin a day
400mg magnsium citrate per day
