Hydroxyzine is another good one to have on hand. It’s an antihistamine that is used for anxiety and sleep for those who do not want to take benzodiazepines.

I've taken that one. NOW i'm taking doxylamine succinate. Seems to work better in knocking me out.

Thanks Brotha !

Artvigil's great, and you won't go wrong with Bama's advice.

For about a 5% premium, I recommend the 50's instead of 150. They allow you to "modulate" the dose for longer or shorter duration more easily than screwing around with cutting tabs. It's easy to take 3 x 50 tabs, or 4 if you have an early start and need a little more to last you, or 2 if you get up later than usual and don't want it to last as long.

Modawake is also made by the same company as Modvigil. They're both good Modafinil 200s, but Modawake is a clone of the Modalert formulation, and Modvigil is unique, Maybe get some of both. They'll both work well but I notice a difference in time to take effect, duration, and intensity, The tablets are visibly different, it's not just a packaging difference.

I know I know, "list". I haven't even gotten my own 20% off order in yet so cut me some slack :) I need to sit at my desk for both and haven't been able to through no fault of my own. Soon....

I'm pretty sure my regular mailman will get a signature if he can, and just leave the package if nobody is home. He's a good dude. (Based on three packages signed for, and one left on the porch)

Thanks for replying I was prescribed propranolol when I first graduated University and had to deliver presentations for the first time in my life and attend meeting with senioremebers of staff. Corporation graduate schemes can be cut throat, you either face up to the challenge and do the job or your out.

It definitely helped relief physical symptoms of anxiety and lowered my HR making it easier to speak without getting breathless or showing other signs of anxiety or nervousness. I discontinued once it cleared my anxiety and helped me build my confidence in to my career.

My friends who went in to dentistry or surgical work were prescribed proponolol to prevent their fingers/hands shaking during surgical procedures and to help with precision especially when cutting someone up.

I can see how it would help shooters or musicians especially on stage.

I appreciate you not endorsing it. I just want to add that for anxietty it is a much safer med to try first under GP supervision before thinking you need to jump straight to benzos.

I had a good GP who prescribed proponolol instead of Xanax to help me with work based anxiety and stress in. It definitely PED for my career start. I may just keep some on hand.irs been 15 years since I have used it.

I am going to read up more on it.

Damn wish they knew this 20+ yrs ago when i was put on Xan for anxiety… i guess i give it a whirl to see if i can taper off this xan

I need to restock on several things once I can afford.

Was seriously impressed with eszopiclone, carisoprodol, gabapentin, isotretinoin .

Went with the cheapest options and everything works strong. Also tried clonidine (ok) , propranolol (ok, also useful for interviews)

Didn't try the quetiapine yet because I don't need to sleep 20 hrs very often. But based on the other meds I'm assuming it works strongly and reliably.

After a few months I have no lab results, but I did try everything. It was all good to go from my experience and it was great to have a flawless experience for the first order.

Besides the sign to receive thing. That's extremely annoying but oh well its not an actual problem

I don’t want to start a new thread, so I’ll just ask here since I’m planning to place an order anyway. I’ve seen a lot of posts on Meso about the health benefits of taking 5mg of Cialis daily, which got me interested in trying it. That got me thinking about Telmisartan - if my blood pressure is already on the lower side both on and off cycle, does it still make sense to take it? I’ve read about its potential benefits like improved insulin sensitivity, cardiovascular protection, and kidney support, but is it actually worth using if BP isn’t an issue, or is it mainly for those with hypertension?

The secondary benefits of Telmisartan are a nice bonus, but minimal at the doses used to treat BP and it's not worth taking solely for those.

What is your BP?

As always, my standard Trazodone warning - I once worked with an ER doc who said they referred to it as Trazo-BONE due to the inordinate number of people that needed to have their dicks drained (with a needle) due to priapism secondary to Trazodone.

Can confirm on the Trazodone.

Currently in recovery in the ER after having my dick drained.

Took 100mg trazodone (prescribed by my doc for insomnia), 20mg Cialis and 350ish mcg MT-2 yesterday.

Woke up rock hard, ending the night looking like I got a blowjob from a vampire.

ER doc here also made the trazoBONE joke.

On average, my BP is 111-114/74, based on the last 10 days of readings. I guess that means Telmisartan isn’t really necessary for me?

I know 2 of those (MT2 and Cialis) can cause that issue. They are certain trazodone played a part? I’ve used it on and off for years and never experienced anything like that.
