MESO-Rx Sponsor PCT 24X7 "1 stop shop for all day healthcare"

It's likely a psychological thing for me due to having been a competitive runner that wore my RHR as a badge of honor (37-41 at the time), but anything that makes my HR go up too much it's hard for me to stomach for too long.

Ran retatrutide during a cut and just hated the HR increase, was 15-20BPM for me and even after settling down was still 12-17. Eventually just dropped it as I hated that.

Next time I start running something that increase HR I'll give Ivabradine the old college try and report back with my own findings to double our currently tiny sample size!
Same for me on the psyche side - I hated seeing HR at 95 at rest even though I didn't 'feel' it, hence wanting to reduce it if possible.

There's no doubt Iva is powerful and did the job, it probably just needs testing with less variables like I had going on.

When I start on my next cycle, I'll re-introduce it if HR goes high and use it at perhaps a 1x 2.5mg dose in the evening alongside 5mg nebivolol for BP. I definitely want to give it another go when less things are going on.

Another successful touchdown, 3 weeks through the UAE line. Excellent service as always.

A data point to whomever it concerns. This is the first time I have had a Registered mail UAE pack inspected and sent through, when I went to the post office to pick up and sign for the package it was heavily wrapped in customs tape. Nothing controlled, just bp and cholesterol meds, nothing missing. Was a bit awkward though.

Must be a random pick by customs as their normal routine :-) .

For whatever it's worth mine basically did the Macarena after clearing customs, went basically everywhere in the country except my house. I put in a claim with the USPS (no controlled substances so perfectly legal) and a week later they informed me the package was irretrievably lost.

Pinged PCT and he reshipped. Three weeks after the package was "irretrievably lost" it showed up on my doorstep without explanation or update to tracking. Might be worthwhile putting in the USPS claim, no clue if it did anything but can't hurt.

Hey @Sicsemptyran thank you again for what you shared in this post. It helped to take action with the package (void controlled substances) that was stuck looping in a far away state.

I made a Missing Mail search request using the Missing Mail USPS website - USPS.com® - Sign In

The Missing Mail USPS site may take some time to load and it requires being logged in.

This page from the main USPS site has the link as well - Missing Mail and Lost Packages | USPS

The package was stuck in a loop for a few weeks. USPS was able to find the package and reroute it a week after making a Missing Mail search request.

That's awesome! So glad it worked. Obviously is a bit more of a problem if people are getting any controlled substances shipped but for non-controlled there's no issues and I'm glad it did the trick.

Thank you so much to @PCT24X7 PHARMACY for another successful order. :D

As far as shipping goes:

I made the choice to order early December while knowing the risk of major shipping/carrier delays from Holidays, increased volume, and weather.

USPS messed up the package route with a transit to the wrong state, and then the package was stuck in a post office/facility loop.

This was my first time ever dealing with USPS mishandling a package while it is still en route. (Delivery stage is another story. :P)

Happy to say that the package has finally arrived. USPS Missing Mail search request was a success.

The package is very secure and its contents are well protected. All items accounted for and they have fresh, far-out expiration dates.

Almost 4 weeks total shipping time. But, 2+ of those weeks were spent on USPS shipping to the wrong route. Minus that delay, 2 weeks international during Christmas and New Years = amazing.

Also some thoughts about the customer service experience:

PCT24x7 was patient answering my questions & helpful with my requests about certain medications before placing my order.

PCT24x7 reached out to reassure me and offered a reship when the package got stuck. He also stayed in touch when the package was out for delivery.

I have been away from the forum and emails, caretaking and preparing for my cat's advanced dental procedure/surgery this month. (Need a crying emoji here maybe.)

Still got updates from PCT24x7 via email despite my absence. He is sincere in his communications and he goes out of his way to help with every order. By far the best customer service and care.

Canada and EU are pretty big markets, is this a temporary measure while you guys explore new routes or is this indefinite?

Thanks for letting us know though. Curious to hear what you know about the situation as a vendor.
EU is for ever and we have decided that till we have better shipping options we won’t be shipping to Canada .

Yes me too. Will update when the reship arrives next.

Thank you for your kind words & support. ♥️ Sugar ball (so cute!) is eating more and relaxing thanks to Gabapentin. Will be even better after next week's procedure.

Cheers :)
