In the US the FDA is moving forward to make a number of prescription medications available if you "self certify" by filling out a questionnaire in the pharmacy.
Are they going to put test, deca, and anadrol on that list?

Probably about the same chance of them adding opioids LOL.Are they going to put test, deca, and anadrol on that list?
From the few studies I’ve found it’s appears that there is less risk of negative outcomes by having lower total cholesterol than the recommended range than being in range. And so far there is no clear evidence that there is risk of having too low of cholesterol. I’m not shooting for zero but 70-80 is an easy to obtain number. The fact that we can now get that low without suffering unpleasant side effects from cholesterol medication is really changing how doctors approach patient care. Thanks for the suggestion, will add Rosuvastatin to my order
A question I've been thinking about for a while: Is getting your total cholesterol as low as possible through pharmacological means better for your health in the long run? Are there any side effects or consideration with such an approach?
I've heard some people say that getting it as low as possible, even below the range, is optimal.
For reference, in my latest blood test with Function Health my total cholesterol is 160mg/dl which is "in range" according to the test. With in range being < 200 and Above being > 200. I have reason to believe its genetic (hearth disease runs in the family). I've also heard that lowering your cholesterol if it's genetically high doesn't lower your risk of disease
Another question: I heard people saying that different lab providers have different reference ranges, so whenever I see people mention their biomarkers. In this case @BamaCrazy commenting his total cholesterol of 80 I wonder if he took the same test I took would his biomarker be different?
Sorry if this is out of topic for this thread, just thoughts I had that I think are relevant.

I want to place an order but could use some recommendations on dosage and brands by those here in the know:
Thank you in advance.
- Propranolol for anxiety with presentations. I’m assuming 10mg but what brand?
- Armodafinil: for those days I need to stay awake and focused. I like Moda but want to try to see how this hits. Dosage and brand?
- Methylprednisolone for bad hay fever. Pills only - dosage and brand.
- Tretinoin for acne. What brand?
- What antibiotics, brands and dosage to have for bacterial illness, sinus infections, and pink eye. I like how there are Cipro eye drops.
- Nitrofurantoin for UTI. 100mg but what brand?
- Anything for premenopausal women? Or anything to balance hormones, level test levels, etc. pill not injections.
Thanks @Ghoul. Long time follower - learned a lot by reading your replies. And I appreciate the detailed response.P * Nolol / Healing Pharma / 10mg or 20mg (splittable)
Artvigil / HAB / 50's and/or 150 / 150mg=200mg Moda with longer duration. However, 50's offer much more flexibility with virtually no premium. I prefer a Moda 200 "base" + optional 1 or 2 Armoda 50s for extended duration. The S-modafinil kicks in faster, adds more intensity to the first few "get going hours", then dissipates after a few hours and you're at a steady level of long lasting R-moda until the end of the day. *Waklert is slightly more premium from a consistency standpoint, "nicer" tablets (shiny, never crumble), but Artvigil is reliable and a far better value.
MPHeal / Healing Pharma / 4mg or 16mg and get a tablet spitter to save 50%. Dosing for allergies:

Adapaline (Differen brand) is as effective as Tretinoin highest strength for acne, with less irritation, so you don't have to "work up" from lower strength Tretinoin. Tazarotene is the newest, most effective anti-acne crème. Only one brand so choice is by default.
(antibiotics, sorry not enough time atm for a long topic) but for brands, Merck, Abbot, Cipla, Sun, or Healing Pharma equally reliable imo.
Nitro / Uriheal 100mg / Healing Pharma
For periomenapausal symptoms, the kindest thing you can do is find an Endocrinologist that specializes in female HRT, Hormone Replacement Therapy. It has an unwarranted stigma in some women's (and docs) minds from long disapproved risks. Nothing will boost the next few decades of quality of life for her like that can, but it's not "DIY" like TRT can be for men.
They’re probably still asleep, so you might have to wait a bit. I placed my order around the same time, and they got back to me about four hours later when it was around 8 PM Pacific Time. Shouldn’t be too long.@PCT24X7 PHARMACY
Trying to put an order in on Telegram. Are you available?

My luck is terrible on transit times lately.
2 weeks to ship on this one
Still waiting on an SSA from right after cny
5 weeks on a raw order
3.5 weeks on some peptides.
But then both domestic orders showed up in under 1 full business day.
What you been seeing on average as of late for the amount of time packs are sitting in customs?Honestly, under 45 days for any international shipments is acceptable to me. I always plan on that basis, Maybe that's because the very first vendor I used always took 6 weeks on average, lol.
