Hey guys,
I now recognized that i will go to holidays 3 weeks after my test prop jab. the holidays will last 3 weeks. i will be able to workout 2 weeks there but dont know about the third week. my nutrition will be still very good.
Now i got three options right here:
Option 1:
Start pct like planned 3 weeks before the holidays
Option 2:
Doing another 3 weeks of test prop and start pct when im at holidays. some say it is better when you train less during pct after a longer cycle.
Option 3:
continue with my cycle till holiday ends. that would be a total of 19weeks test prop.
i would be off till march 2015 anyways. What is the best option?
you guys saw a difference between 12week cycle and 19week cycle concerning recovery and holding gains?
Even though i have good diet and workouts during holiday, it is still a holiday. You never know what happens. I dont want to f**k up my gains.
