PCT for Test C and Tren A

Bloodwork now isn't really gonna tell you much, you should have done it before the cycle.
Basic PCT is Nolva 40/20/20/20 Clomid 100/50/50/50. Personally I wouldn't stop a cycle because my BP got a little elevated. But then again I am not getting blindly herded like a sheep.
Fuck you think you can mess with the juice of god and not get some sides? Stopping tren will likely limit any further gains too, that's just from my exprience. My BP has gotten to 185 before.

Fucked up by being led blindly. I have been reading Bill Roberts articles on Test and Tren. Also been checking out the Clomid and Nolva. Did you get dizzy when your blood pressure was that high?

So I took .5ML of the Test last night. Normally I take them together. I read that the half life of Tren A is 1 day. So If it take it again tomorrow I should be fine? If I am going to stay on this stack.

Trenbolone acetate is usually used at doses of 35-150 mg/day, and more typically 50-100 mg/day. The 35 mg figure generally is appropriate only when having high personal sensitivity to trenbolone-specific side effects. So should I cut this amount down?

Are you walking around dizzy all day or what is going on? What time of the day? How long before or after a meal is it?
Honestly I would think that you need to increase your diet dramatically and that would be the problem and root of you dizziness. I have never gotten dizzy from having high BP my head can hurt but not dizzy.
I know you said you checked your blood sugar, which is kinda irrelevant if it is only once.

I wouldn't go any lower than 50mg of tren ace/day. But again, that is me. I think you shouldn't be doing steroids.

I would get dizzy around 10:00 am and it would last pretty much until around 5:00 pm. It would be stronger at different times within this time. I would go to the gym and usually would pass after the gym. I noticed it would be worse the day after injection.

I read that if you are on. A cycle less then 8 weeks there really is no need for pct, would you agree? I am willing to cycle off and get my knowledge up and research more about AAS and dieting before hand and also get blood work done before. I have ever only been on for little over 4 weeks.

I will come back it again when I am more prepared but I don't think I will never do it. I will for sure know what the fuck I am doing good first.

IDK sounds weird being dizzy 7 hours straight.
I would think blood sugar again because your body is producing a crazy amount of muscle and all the nutrients are being used up at a fast pace.

4 week cycle with no PCT, yeah sure PCT might not be needed. However, the PCT can help, and the cost isn't huge so why not ensure to get the fastest recovery.

When you do a cycle there is a "maximum" amount of muscle you can gain. The thing is you want to use the least amount of drugs to reach that amount. Test alone on a first cycle, you being sub 180lbs at 6' it will do wonders for you and you can reach that "max" with test. Tren on the first cycle can be overkill.

Oh the dizziness wasn't like 7 hours straight it was more like I would feel kinda high for those 7 hours and then would get hit with a wave of dizziness for about 15 to 20 minutes. I would get some air and then it would go away and come back after about an hour. It was just strange. Out of the 4 weeks I think I had about 3 or 4 days where I felt really good.

I really need to research my TDEE before I go on it again. I felt that I ate really good being that my wife is Asian all I eat is rice, Fish, and chicken.

"Eating good" is different than how you eat on a cycle.

Meal 1 6 egg whites/1 whole egg. 1 cup of oatmeal
Meal 2 8 oz meat choice. 2 cups of white rice ( I season with Mrs. Dash, sometimes lemon pepper) 1 medium sweet potato
Meal 3 8 oz chicken breast, 2 cups of brown rice, asparagus
Meal 4 60 gram protein shake prior to workout, cup of almonds.
Meal 5 10 oz meat choice (red!!) 1 and 1/2 cup of brown or long grain rice, spinach salad with olive oil or balsamic v.
Meal 6 8 oz chicken or fish. 1 cup of broccoli
Meal 7 Low Fat cottage cheese or Greek yogurt with fruit added.

Any recommendations
 
You been working out for 15yrs and dont know your TDEE? Come on bro! Thats basic shiet! At 41yr old you should have known better than to listen to a "friend" and proper research will tell you that tren will increase your BP... Shiet at your age any AAS will cause BP to go thru the roof! Are you taking Ai? Increase E2 will make you bloated and retains water is also a cause of high BP

1.5-2 grams protein and enough calories to make sure you are growing to the max. That is for a bulk. Try to eat as much as you can. If you start gaining fat cut back on the calories.

Reminds me of a story Pericles used to tell about when his pro BB friend was asked what his diet was like in which he responded "20 egg whites 14 chicken breasts etc" Pericles asked the BB why he said that because he knew it wasn't true. BB responded because that is what they want to hear...

Haha that is exactly what I thought. I am sure for a fact that I have not been taking in enough protein and calories for this. I am for sure going to finish off the Test and increase my protein and calorie intake. If I can't get this in order you are absolutely right that I shouldn't be on it.

You are right I should have known it. I knew that my BP would go up but wasnt expecting to get dizzy. I attribute this now to the amount of protein and calories I was taking in. TDEE might be basic for those that are or have been experienced using AAS but I could go to the gym and ask over 100 people what there TDEE is and maybe one or two would know what I am talking about. I do know what my TDEE is I just didn't know that it was called TDEE that is all. I know that I have to take in about 4,000 calories a day when I am not on a cycle and I want to bulk. I don't know if this would have to be increased when on a cycle or keep the same TDEE?

I did have a lot of water retention so I got HCT to help with that and it was awesome.
 
.5 ml equals 200mg of test c a week?! R u sure about that one what's ur test c dosed at bc test cyp is usually 200-250 a ml. And definitely get in more protein and possibly look at ur training for u to have been working out for 15 years and only 168. I'm not hating on u just trying to be constructive u could honestly reach ur goal of 210 natty in my opinion but at ur age u may need TRT.

I usually do hypertrophy type workouts. I spend about 1.5 hours in the gym 5 days a week. I a pretty active though outside of the gym. I surf and snowboard and ride moto X so I have always been pretty cut. I have bulked up in this time I was just giving my lbs just prior to the cycle. I have been at 190, 180 but usually rest at about 170lbs. I just would have to take in about 5000 calories to get to that point because the rate at which I burn fuel.

Yea I understand everyone's different it's just weird how im 6'3" and 256 and my body doesn't need that much food just certain types of foods. But definitely check ur test cyp milligrams bc u were most likely taking more than u thought. Was it ur buddy's reccomendation to take .5 ml of both? Did u actually look at the mg per ml on the vials or just take his word on it

Yes my buddy recommended that I take .5ml of both EOD and stated it was a very small dose for my first cycle. I did read the MG/ML but I could have mixed that up when I typed it.

I will check when I get home today, I am very curious now. One is 250MG/ML and the other is 100MG/ML I believe that the Test C is the 250MG/ML but I will double check.
