PCT for Test C and Tren A

Was it ur buddy's reccomendation to take .5 ml of both?

Fuck I don't think he is really much of a buddy now. Kinda fucking pissed I didn't more of my own homework and relied on what others were telling me. I read the article on here about Test C and learned a lot more than I was aware of.

It's still not that high of a dose of test if u were running just that u would prolly be fine but if u did ur research beforehand u would know some people get bad sides with tren and higher amounts of test so they run a trt dose with their tren but others like high test so if it were me I'd keep running the test cyp. Up your protein and calories and see how that does you for 12 weeks or so. Then u know what sides are from the test. But do u have quality ai and pct

That sounds like a good plan, I am already feeling better and have doubled my protein and calorie intake. I am taking .5ml EOD of the test cyp. Should I up the does and take it every day. I have read and read some more that I should be on a higher does if just test and do it every day.

I haven't had any other sides that have shown up and I was doing some reading that I should do clomid or novad. Not sure it I should just do the one or both. I read that clomid was better. Also I read that I should take it 20 days after my last pin. Is this true and if so where could I read more about that?

Come on man there's a TON of threads with all ur questions answered in them. My last spoonful of advice is just do the test cyp at 500mg per week and test cyp is a long ester so no need to pin EOD just pin 1ml two times per week example Monday and thursday.

I am going to keeping reading but wanted to thank you all for giving me shit and really putting me in check. I for sure won't make these dumb ass mistakes again.
 
You are right I should have known it. I knew that my BP would go up but wasnt expecting to get dizzy. I attribute this now to the amount of protein and calories I was taking in. TDEE might be basic for those that are or have been experienced using AAS but I could go to the gym and ask over 100 people what there TDEE is and maybe one or two would know what I am talking about. I do know what my TDEE is I just didn't know that it was called TDEE that is all. I know that I have to take in about 4,000 calories a day when I am not on a cycle and I want to bulk. I don't know if this would have to be increased when on a cycle or keep the same TDEE?

I did have a lot of water retention so I got HCT to help with that and it was awesome.

4k off cycle.. that's straight up bulking status! Normally, off cycle you want to keep close to your TDEE-if you want to maintain what you got (weight, strength, etc). Cutting will be dropping about 250-500 calories and increasing your deficient by either cardio or more gym time..

Now, it appears you're running Tren-which most people use for cutting. There's some folks out there that can bulk with Tren (increase Test to Tren ratio). So what are your plans or goals? Cutting or bulking.. you can't do both at the same time!

As for BP- get yourself a cheap BP monitor at any drugstore-worth the money and take the guessing out!

I have actually removed the Tren for about a little over a week now and am just on the test cyp and running 1ML twice a week and I have increased my calorie intake to 4100 calories a day and over 300 grams of protein. I feel a lot better. I was not eating enough protein. I am tracking all my intake on myfitnesspal app.
