PCT Weight gain?

I had blood work done after a cycle and PCT, my test came in low. Therefore, I blasted HCG for 5 days, then ran clomid, nolvadex, and low dose exem for 6 weeks. I am finishing up the 6 weeks now, I have been training during this time and do feel stronger/like my test levels have improved. I'm going to wait a little longer to get blood test results until the serms have cleared my system. My question is I have gone from 186 pounds to 191 pounds, am I gaining fat? water weight? A little confused since this hasn't happened before on PCT. Thanks

Are you weighing yourself around the same time each day? I find that weighing myself first thing AM once a week is pretty accurate. Do you have body fat calipers? Measuring tape? Is your waist size going up? Are you tracking calories? Could just be water weight. Or could be fat. Hard to answer that.

I don't have fat calipers are those accurate? Waist is the same. I weight myself every morning before eating or drinking water. Is there anyway my test has shot up and lead to more muscle as well?

Don’t think anyone here can tell you for certain if it’s muscle, fat or bloat. Could be bloat from the serms or higher T levels, could be muscle from higher T levels. If you weigh yourself several times per day and it changes then it’s definitely bloat. For me sometimes I’m like ~5lbs heavier when I wake up but later on it disappears.

Idk exactly how accurate calipers are, I mean it’s not measuring how much fat is on the inside like visceral fat, but it’s definitely more accurate than those video game controllers.

nothing is accurate unless they literally cut you open, remove your fat and throw it on a scale. All of these tools are estimates. I have a smart scale that estimates BF%, and then I follow up with my calipers and take the average of both, this again is just an estimate but works for me.
