Pct help please im i too late?

The question here is how do you feel? 2 weeks after your last Test pin (if long ester) you start with Clomid. and Tamox, and the day after ur last pin you start with HCG for 2 weeks. But you missed the complete process and went cold out....so my big question is....do you feel listless, tired and/or sluggish? Maybe you're the lucky one with the perfect hormone balance recovery....there are people who don't need PCT......1 of 1 Million maybe :D
To be honest with you it’s been like a month-2 months and I feel almost normal, I don’t have the same energy in the gym , during and before the cycle I was doing 1-2 hours a day 5-6days a week gym with 1 rest day being Sunday and sometimes Saturday too, now I go 2 times a week to be honest after work I dont have that EXTRA push the testosterone gave me. I just did my bloodwork I hope they return good news

So why you got enhanced then? When you train now with less motivation, less strength and power you're losing (or already lost) all your gainz u made during the cycle. With the right PCT and the right diet (need to be in a surplus during PCT) you can hold almost 80-90% of your stregth you gained in the gym and still have enpugh power to lift 4-6 times a week your weights.

That should be the reason why we got enhanced......isn't it? The sense to be stronger and in better shape then before and not just during the 12-16 weeks of a cycle....and that's why after cycle support is so damn important....PCT, TRT, DIET, Training, Routine.......and and and....

It's never too late, in fact you hear guys come off after 5-10 years ON and some of them successfully recover their natural production and regain fertility (although not everybody becomes infertile, even abusing steroids long term FYI).

You just have to want it real bad and be psychologically prepared and in the right mindset.

You’re completely right , I hope to learn as much as possible from you guys before I even think about my next cycle , it was a mistake and I know a lot of people do this the wrong way but the problem is it’s the wrong way and I don’t want to be apart of them I want to do it right and continue to do it right , I appreciate your time and help

Thank you I’m just not as well informed as everyone here , in my perspective I’ve been reading and watching videos from Greg douchette and more plates more dates and yes they always say bloodwork is heavily recommend and also pct but u skipped that part the pct more like I got too caught up in like and completely left it behind and I probably shouldn’t have , but going into these forums gave me a better perspective honestly that I should be taking my health way more seriously and that I know nothing (I thought I knew it all)

So what blood work did you do today and where is your original blood work from the clinic?
I did the testosterone test and the FSH and LH , to be completely honest I don’t know where my first test is the TRT clinic I went to almost a year ago sent me a site to review my results but I forgot what it’s called , I’ll look in my emails and hopefully find them

My pleasure. You want to learn, and you listen. Your thread may help others as well. We were all young once.

No guarantees especially over the internet, but I think you are going to be fine and wiser from here on out. Glad ulta was useful and look forward to what you find.

Congrats. Not bad at all after only 6 weeks since last shot (if I understood your comments correctly). Your body has only had a few weeks to start the recovery.

If you are feeling fine (of course you aren't going to feel like when you were on cycle) then wait another 6 to 8 weeks and retest early in the morning...

TT, LH, FSH minimum

I would also add E2 as well.

You pulled this blood work at noon. Best to test between 7 to 9AM to catch peak level. No idea what time you tested at the clinic when you got turned down.

Lots more I could share. Congrats. I'd leave the PCT drugs alone based on these data.

Did you read all of this?

Comments/questions?

Read this too:

Fluctuation of TT level over the day.

Questions?

Yes it’s been about 6 weeks since my last shot, and I tested at about noon so it was about 4-6 hours since I was awake , thank you very much you don’t understand how much you’ve helped me and lifted the worry of my shoulder , I will definitely read up more and get retested within 6-8 weeks, then I guess I don’t need the tamoxifen or clomiohene? To recover?and I’m at 216 lbs right now my goal is to get to atleast 200-190 before I start Testosterone I’m doing 18-6 fasting everyday , and will continue to read as much as I can so I am ready when I start my next cycle.:)
