Multiple orders over the last several months all arrived in about 2.5 weeks from ordering with the exception of one. Out of curiosity are you using the mirabegron for fat loss. I know vigorous Steve and dr dean have been talking about it lately

Not to discourage you from trying mira, but it didn't pan out in the studies and a few members (myself included) tried it and saw no noticeable effects.
Thanks for the feedback, wasn't something I was considering for my upcoming cut more just in the back of my mind. I will say I am really enjoying slupp 332 on this 4 week hard minicut/cleanup from my bulk. Along with some clen and a replacement dose of t3 results have been great.

What dose are you using for slupp ?
A lot since I got a good deal on it. 2 grams so 500mcg capsules 4 times a day.
When I run my next longer diet I'll just take 500 twice a day. For these 4 weeks I was trying to cut maximum fat so I pushed the dose and it worked out well. I was also in a steep calorie deficit like 1250-1300 with a weekly refeed starting the 2nd week.
Wow, large dose. Did you notice any sides from it ? 1300 calories are you doing a bikini show ???
You misunderstood. My maintenance is 4100 calories and I was in a 1300 or so calorie deficit. Eating 2800-2900 calories on training days and 2700 cals on my 2 rest days. Refeeds were 4500 cals.
I didn't notice any side effects from it at all besides dramatic fat loss. I could even take it as late as 8pm and it didn't affect sleep.
This was a 4 week cleanup after a big bulk so there was a heavy dose of anabolics in to preserve muscle tissue. I just left all my doses where they were when I transitioned from bulk to cleanup. Along with a replacement dose of t3 and some clen the fat fell off fast. I got lean real quick even quicker than I would have expected considering everything that was in there. And I was able to uphold training performance. Weights stayed where they were at the end of the bulk and I only lost a couple reps off the top on just 1 or 2 exercises mainly barbell row.

Are you planning to go higher?
From the preclinical studies I thought an effective dose would be in the gram range, but that's cost-prohibitive. I recall some people here going up to 50 or 100 mg/d tho.
No definitely not planning to go higher esp since it's such an unknown with no research and it's just damn expensive. For my next cut I'm just gonna do 500ug-1g a day, so 1-2 capsules. I got a great deal on it so I decided to go hard this first go round with it.
Ya I was thinking of trying it around 5-600mg a day split into 2 doses. SRY has a good promo price on it right now
