Don't go around listening to broscience about aldosterone.
Do your labwork, check your aldosterone levels before and during blast. If your aldosterone doesn't go up much then it wont benefit you for the purposes you are looking for. However, it does have other benefits like LVH prevention.
If you're just looking for a diuretic, you can just get indapamide alone instead of taking both of them. It's a much stronger diuretic vs eplerenone. Either way, I also do not recommend hydrochlorithizide, there are much better alternatives.
Aldosterone testing is only 10$ at Fitomics.

eplerenone inhibits the aldosterone conversion though right? so wouldnt indapamide and eplerenone be useful, or does indapamide take care of that aldosterone induced sodium face bloat? and if it does wouldnt that bloat come back since there is no epleronone blocking the aldosterone?

You are making an assumption here that the bloat is due to aldosterone. However your aldosterone might be the same on blast vs trt or it may be even lower on blast, meaning the bloat is not from aldosterone, which is why i recommended labwork.
