@PCTZONE.RU India-to-US pack, ordered last Monday, has not yet shipped as of today. According to your posted update, that pack will ship tomorrow; is this still accurate?
I would like to bring to your attention that we have experienced a success rate of approximately 50% for the delivery of parcels to Canada.
We have seen some parcels containing uncontrolled items pass through.
In light of this, we recommend placing smaller orders to mitigate any potential issues with customs.
We remain hopeful that, despite the shipping challenges currently being experienced in India, we will be able to dispatch the outstanding parcels early this coming week.
What is your reship policy for Canada?
How small are we talking?
Do certain item have an easier time getting through, such as pills?

Due to the high seizure rate for shipments to Canada, we have suspended our reshipment policy for that region.
We have observed that smaller orders are more likely to bypass Canadian customs successfully. For example, orders of approximately 30 strips have shown a higher success rate.

Welp, tried the coin toss for INT to EU for a smallish order (100~ tabs) and it got sent back from customs.
No hard feelings, it was clearly said on the website, just sharing my experience.

Well when they do start flowing again, at least they shouldn't be more expensive. Pharmaceuticals are exempt from tariffs for the time being. That's awaiting the results of a trade investigation and could end at any time though.

I would like to inform you that we have observed a 100% success rate for shipments to the UK. Additionally, we offer free reshipments in the event that a parcel is lost or seized.
