Perfect non-AAS preworkout/ intraworkout drink/snack

Exactly what the title says:

What are your preworkout/ intraworkout snacks and drinks that make a difference in performance?
I personally am very fond of Synephrine (10-30mg), Liquid glycerol (2-3ml), Dextrose (54g), Cyclic dextrin (24g) in ~700ml of water, plus either flavored EAAs, Electrolytes or a bit of flavor syrup as a pre/intra workout drink which I start sipping around 1-2 hours before the gym.

What do you guys enjoy as your preWO supplements?
(stimulants and injectable stuff like L-carn or those Amino-pump injects included)
