You guys know I'm always open about my mistakes or issues. I'd like to publicly apologize to the 4 people that got delayed with their packs during my vacation. Just so they and everyone else knows, I doubled the orders when I shipped them for the delay and to show that I really hated them dealing with the stress of wondering if I still care about my customers. I do! And really appreciate you guys staying with me and allowing me to do what I do.
