Personal log from first cycle

huh, bp looks too low maybe... rhr is still up...
i did few messurements one after another and lowest i saw was 95/43 with 81 rhr.

not sure why.

Not a huge mystery though. You rhr is up from the reta and HGH (maybe also caffeine). Your body is compensating so you don't blow a gasket by lowering your BP, likely compounded by tadalafil.
I wouldn't worry about it unless you're getting dizzy. Eat some salt. Maybe tomorrow leave out the cialis.

anyway, sundays are days without coffe most of the time.. doin nothing, naps, food, rest.

43 is a bit worrisome..are you getting sides? Dizziness or anything. If you are, speaking to your doctor about midodrine, if you have no sides, then life is good.

My rhr is in the 90s with HGH and reta, I use nebivolol and Ivabradine which drops it to around 75-80.

nope, no sides. sometimes when i lay down after meal and i get up my head is bit "light" for second or two. but other than that im fine.
 
Good luck with that, mine was still 105/55 with 100mg preworkout lol

heh ive heard and read everywhere how people are hitting 180/120 and bleeding from noses.

you seem to be non responder.

also, people that dont like anadrol tend to like dbol and vice versa. maybe your crashed estrogen will spark new love story hehe

Believe it or not, maybe i found it already lol. Today is the second day of 25mg and weights were flying earlier in push. I don't think it's on my mind, i'm excited to see the following days haha.

couple of friends used it and they reported simillar experiences. insta strenght gains, fullness (water weight ofc) when coupled with plenty of carbs

one of them told me story how he was in bulk with 1000mg test / 500mg deca /50mg dbol daily. he had breakfest and dbol with it, went to work. bus ride was around 1 hour and he got of the bus and was visibly much bigger, fuller, traps and delts exploded.
 
25 mg of anadrol?

No, Dbol. Anadrol did only so little for me even at 100mg. There's always the possibility it was fake since it was pharma grade, but i don't know.

This time i bought both Dbol and Adrol from a UGL to retest since t-bol, anavar and winstrol are out of the picture for me regarding orals.

Some guys just respond great, i had a friend who was natty and took only dbol (don't know how much). His bench from 140kg for 3-4 reps went to 140 for 12 reps and 180kg for a double in like 10 days lol.

That is a respectable cycle right there , add in @5-10 ius hgh daily and really fill out nicely

he was too poor for hgh. then he fucked up a bit. if i remember right, he did 1,25g test/500deca/70winstrol/350tren a and in 3-4 weeks he almost died. stroke or something like that.

buuut he hit 200kg bench Pr.. since then, he is only using test. scared AF of other stuff.

i understand var cause of kidneys, winstrol cause of dryness but why tbol?

damn thats super strenght right there. did he kept some of it or it was gone with dbol?

Because tbol didn't do anything at 50mg a day, it's "light" but i don't see the point pushing it higher to see just a mediocre effect.

I wish i respond to anadrol, i want to raise my HCT and it seems i can't no matter what i use. Perhaps it's some health related issue that i have..

pishday today, nothing good to say...
pinned 125mc test c today, yesterday i had 7iu's of hgh instead of 4 cause i had 3 left in vial so pinned 4iu am/3iu pm.

first excercise is always flat dumbell chest press which i love and hate at the same time.
after warmup i grabbed 32kg's, had spotter and my right shoulder said "fuck you" and i couldnt even get it up in the air. tried 2 times, nope. not even one centimeter.
angry and sad af..

incline press on panatta machine, again with spotter so i did 2 sets (50-75%) and one all out set with drop after failure. good pump. after that pecdec and decline cable press.

side/rear raises with dumbells for shoulders, with some pain ofc. dropsets until they were cooked. again, good pump.

tricep pushdowns on cables, extension on panatta machine behind neck/head, idk how to call it and dips on machine with dropset as last.

for abs ussuall, 3 sets of hanging leg raises, 3 sets on torso rotation machine for obliques and 3 sets with dropset on machine crunches

except failer DB press it was good workout. i had to manage shoulder pain but im bit used to it...

evening testing of m3, on road, with not road legal trackcar, on slicks, with race suspension and setup. quite a fun experience.
clutch and everything around it is new but there is still some issue (insert facepalm emoji)... never ending story. god help me (and my wallet), i really dont know what to do....

i had a girl who had a sik ass '95 m3 in the USA , it was such a fun car to drive, i could imagine a sported up m3 , fun af
