friday, push day, experimenting with carbs.
soo, i was working from home. since yesterday lunch i added more carbs and today i pushed them HIGH. i was around 700g carbs before evening workout.
70mg shot of TNE and hour after i went to the gym.
friend pinned me cause im pussy and its hard to reach glutes and pin right. i rather leave this to profesionals (he is called doctor around here). he was in shock why would i pin tne after workout, he thought that im already pumped from gym

i was full and pumped quite a bit.
anyway, headphones, focus, great mood. holyshit the pump was insane. it was looong time since i had trully high carb day and i looked completly filled/full and some vascularity was there. thick pipes but not every vein forced against skin like when i was dry with var.
snapped couple of pics for comparison to older ones without much fullness.
great workout, forced reps and dropsets, ton of energy, i did more "warmup" sets (80%) on every excercise and then one all out set with help of someone or dropset.
completly soaked in sweat, pumped, happy.
now its sauna time.
anyway, experiment went great. i maybe overdid it with carbs but i wanted to see if i would spill over, to try that.
again, part of me wanna push test and kcals higher and grow and part of me wanna take break then continue to cut until shredded....
