Delts is the easiest spot man, i don't understand why they make your life difficult haha. But anyway, you could try a number of other spots. Lats and pecs are easy too.

i wanna try pecs some day, actually one more reason to grow them! :D they are too small for that so far (insert crying emoji) but i will get there.

delts are weird. some people have 0 soreness from trainin them and for me they can be sore for 2 days after trainin. not sure why. pumps can be so painfull that i have trouble lifting my arms. maybe im just littlr sensitive pussy, who knows
 
pullday today. shot of 70mg TNE & rice cakes with honey as preworkout carbs. i gave my friend syringe with 70mg tne as gift for today as well.

we met in gym, he hit super unexpected small pr in deadlift, 280kg. he was super happy.
i improved barbell rows by 2 reps with 100kg, without lifting straps and with strict form tho. i could go bit heavier and cheat but im not weighťifter mainly. its not that imporant.

also, ive hit small pr on one of the machines, its hammer strenght iso lateral row, or something like that. plate loaded, it simulates dumbell row. it was 80kg for set of 8 and half. super happy about that.

other that that Tbar rows with double dropset and few assisted reps, lat pulldowns with wide grip with assisted reps to negative failure, dumbell shrugs but my grip gave out. some bicep sets, dumbells and short barbells, Z ones. after that hyperextensions with weight for lower back.

ussually i would be killed after this workout, with TNE i dont feel tired at all. i could do one more workout (appart from grip). its kind of mental and physical boost in one. mentally i was super focused, great mind muscle connection amd physically i was able to workout bit harder and for longer.
again, good stuff.

we both noticed different smell during workout. i guess with that much testosterone in blood we just stink much more and stronger. its weird smell, not exactly sweat like ussuall. i guess it could be plesent to females in some way, pheromones or something. idk.

legs tomorrow so im gonna hit 1500kcal pasta dinner, go to sauna after cause it helps with pip after TNE.

i wanted to take it lightly this week but so far, ive had second kind of tough workout this week. i must say, one week off from training helps a ton, i feel much better and more fresh. i guess body needed a break.
 
ive been monitoring bp regularly and even with 1250mg weekly at some point it stayed around these numbers. always on low side, i dont often go higher than 110/60.

but HR is up from 50-55 average to 70-80 average since ive added reta & hgh. from what ive read, it could be rrta targeting glucagon receptor and effect of hgh combined.

im not sure if i whould be concerned, low 80's is highest ive seen so far and under 100 it shouldnt be issue, right?

100 is the limit for normies, we stress our heart and organs already with all that gear so ideally the lower the better. I was 60-67 without peptides and with HGH and reta i reached 90. Ivabradine puts me in 75-80 now.

80 is borderline for me, if i was you I'd start ivabradine. Or you could wait couple weeks to see if there's any drop but definitely do something if it goes higher than 80.

Try it but caffeine personally doesn't change at all my RHR. Only after big meals my RHR goes up. At least that's what i have noticed

interesting, i will test it next time. measure before and after coffe.

buuut, isnt rhr increase effect of that direct fat burning effect from reta & hgh and lowering it i negate it?

I think it's not direct but with higher rhr you indeed burn more calories. I'd still choose to maintain a healthier heart function than burning lets say 100kcal extra.

Also for those on clen many guys suggest nebivolol to reduce high rhr so i guess it's not a big deal.

i think clen target different "waves" or idk how its called thsn nebivolol so its okay to combine and you still have that benefit from clen.

again, i need to do more research.
legday today, resting between sets of squats with friend. wanna puke. great day.
 
sooo, legday. friend called me that we could workout togeather today, i said great.
anxiety started at that point :D
ex powerlifter, swat unit, good friend for 15 years and he likes to train hard.

squats first. sadly, after cut i went down from 140kg to 100kg for sets. i could go heavier but whats the point rn, i will have strenght back until christmas i think.
i did 5 sets x8 reps with 100kg.

after that leg extensions, i think thats how its called? for quads. 4 sets, not heavy, more for pump.

hiptrusts for ass cause after cut i have flat ass.

seated leg curl for hamstrings and rdl with barbell

calf raises cause why not. i dont need bigger calves but i like that excercise

after squats it was more of a pump workout but with small rest time between sets and excercises. im completly wet and tired.

good thing is that pip from tne is not that bad compared to whole leg pain :D :D
gonna hit some pasta and fruit for dinner. maybe something else for second dinner as well.

restday tomorrow, idk what to do on these. ussually im bored during restdays ..
 
friday, push day, experimenting with carbs.

soo, i was working from home. since yesterday lunch i added more carbs and today i pushed them HIGH. i was around 700g carbs before evening workout.
70mg shot of TNE and hour after i went to the gym.

friend pinned me cause im pussy and its hard to reach glutes and pin right. i rather leave this to profesionals (he is called doctor around here). he was in shock why would i pin tne after workout, he thought that im already pumped from gym :D i was full and pumped quite a bit.

anyway, headphones, focus, great mood. holyshit the pump was insane. it was looong time since i had trully high carb day and i looked completly filled/full and some vascularity was there. thick pipes but not every vein forced against skin like when i was dry with var.

snapped couple of pics for comparison to older ones without much fullness.

great workout, forced reps and dropsets, ton of energy, i did more "warmup" sets (80%) on every excercise and then one all out set with help of someone or dropset.
completly soaked in sweat, pumped, happy.

now its sauna time.

anyway, experiment went great. i maybe overdid it with carbs but i wanted to see if i would spill over, to try that.

again, part of me wanna push test and kcals higher and grow and part of me wanna take break then continue to cut until shredded....
will see

thanks mate. i know i would look better with more lean mass buuuuuut there is other part of me that wanna cut to exotic bf% and push kcals high from that point. im probably tired for that rn..

its been while since i had high high carbs and i feel like fckin superman. okay tne helps but damn i feel good again, after long time.

I was the same way , but do to my injuries i have re-evaluated my situation, kinda just "maintaing" i have lost significant strength in the right shoulder, so i been doing "Jane Fonda" workouts, real light on certain movements and a major shift in my aas/hgh use currently, kinda in "Limbo" until i get this shoulder fixed one way or another, waiting to hear from surgeon since 2nd mri ,

its always fckin shoulder. i had issue with it in past also.
i think its old injury from when i was 19 and had high speed crash on race bike. ive hit ground at 150kmh, head first then shoulder and rolled few times.

ive had some pain after one trackday, behind the wheel in car.
then year or two later on bike around nordschleife in forest
then in gym flat barbel bench fucked me up, only 60kg and had pain for months.

bpc and rehab/mobility excercises helped a ton, i worked on strenghtening it as mzch as possible but its not 100%. its limiting my push movements. for example, i never tried benchpress more than 80kg. strenght is there but even with 80kg i have pain. cant go heavy with dumbells either.

i can feel it but its not that limiting mist of the time. i need looong warmup and stretching after.

then... there are joints...
they are fucked up from years of unthrrated psoriasis which attacked my cartrilige in joints. only humira helped but cant regrow it. even tho ive seen that scientists in germany are very very close to it which would be fckin life saver for me and many orhers.

shoulder joints are worst, knees are bad not that bad. i can do barbell squat again but for example hacksquat i cant go lower than level of my knees. cant go all the way down.

elbows and wrists are okay-ish, its not limiting me anywhere so far.

i can feel your pain mate. you cant out blast injuries sadly. only train around them...

also, for experiMENT, i measured BP around 45min sfter 70mg TNE shot and after gym, around 3h after shot.

both times it was 105/50 with rhr too high, 85-90. but i was stoked to lift heavy circles and after i wasnt completly calm.

ussually during trainin my bp is super low.
in past when i was using preworkout stimulamts my bp after trainin was under 100/50 most of the time. its bit weird to me but from measureMENTs ive saw, i go super low with bp and rhr is up to compensate.

once after i overdid it with blood and guts preworkout, i came home and passed out in kitchen, probably from low bp. after i came back, measured it and it was somewhere around low 90's and high 30's... i was natural at that time

im not sure why its happening but my whole life i had low bp, before hgh & reta even low-ish rhr. ussually around 50-55.

and i was fat slob for most of my life so..
my dad has genetic hearth condition which thickened his hearth valve/aortha or idk how its called exactly. LVH i think, classic gearhead condition and issue. he is walking daily at 140/90 with multiple BP drugs at max doses and cant do anything about it.

long story short, i had genetic test done that was quite expensive (4-5k€?) and i dont have that gene, thankfully. basicly i was researching ped's and steroids, i wanted to start but i had to be sure im clean from this gene. also, i had few other hearth tests done my cardiologist, they checked it and i will have regular checks in future.
it was kind of green light for me. on the other hand sometimes my bp is too low i think
