Personal log from first cycle

ate around 100g carbs in rice & lentin cakes (dry stuff) with honey + 50mg oxandrolone around 1h before trainin with liquid carbs during. holyshit, suddenly energy and pump hit me. it makes me wanna push the kcals a bit and be happy and dobe with this cut. goddamn.

anyway, strenght is still down but it is what it is. flat db chest press, incline machine chest press (panata like db), decline chest press on cables (somehow i started to like cable pressing), pecdeck.
db rear delt flyies,db lat raises for side delts, straight bar tricep pushdowns, overhead tricep extensions? idk how its called, panata machine. at the end abs crunches on machine.

again later than ussuall, lot of people ive never seen, lot of older women in too tight yoga pants, weird gypsy guys with gold chains and no legs, lot of guys at boxing trainin. yea, eastern europe :D

it was super nice to not go hypo after first hard set cause of low sugar/carbs. instead i was somewhat full, with nice pump, stable-ish energy during whole workout.

gonna hit the shop for some chicken and milk and stuff. make dinner and rethink my physique goals :D

bad news .. i have parcel of remaining oxandrolone that should last until end of august stuck at germany parcel warehouse, not sure if its been siezed or whats wrong with it but its highly unussuall. i guess i wont need it next week as i will be in truck but its bit concerning...

also. i think i will stock up on support meds in albania. lipid & bp stuff, maybe accutane and other bits. its super cheap there and they dont ask for prescription from doctor.
 
also, one small notice. i think mast is makin me balder since i upped dose to 500.

its expected but it didnt seem to have this effect on lower dose(s). i just noticed it in last week or two i think.

gonna hit whey shake and make some chicken with pasta, ive found fetucini with higher protein concent. i had idea to make my own pasta with more egg content, i have pasta machine/cutter at home, i used to do it years ago. i could cut them into fetucini for example, weight into portions and freeze them for later usage.

easy to make, good carbs as i have 0 issue with digestion of them, can make them with chicken and bit of parmesan, different spices, lemony, some herbs if needed etc. very versatile.

probably not ussuall bulking food for many guys but i have love in my hearth for italian food and pasta.

lat pulldowns with wide attachament,
cable rows with narrow V grip kind of, hammer strenght db iso row plate loaded machine, dont know how its called exactly...
seated machine rows with wider grip, chest supported
db shruggs

after that bicep
hammer curls with dumbells
curls with Z bar, plate loaded, narrow and wide grip

i really hate bicep trainin. its most boring muscle part, i do it 100% cause i have to, 0 fun or excitement from it. maybe thats why i will have forever small arms

after that hyperextensions with me holding plates. 2x20kg is my max so far but with pause at top, my lower back is always on fire and pumped so i do it as last thing.

no abs today.

ive had talk with friend in gym, he is 2 years older than me, workin out for 15 years, did 3 years blast & cruise on low dose test only.
in locker room he complimented me that i did huge cut and i look good. i didnt agree and he told me that its hard to see it in own eyes. maybe he has a point...

anyway, he asked me if i wanna try test or hgh or stuff. it was bit akward moment, i told him that im no longer natural. we did have talk about drugs, his past use and negatives etc.

long story short, 0 judgement from him. i was glad tbh, most people are like "ou you are juicing, you dont need to workout right".
sure sure... i wish it would have worked that way.

i must say liquid magnesium (chalk?) helps a ton during pull workout, i had issues with fatigued forearms in middle of trainin and this seems to help. i dont use lifting straps, i dont think i need it, yet, and also its not most comfortable thing for my wrists. so mag is way to go so far.

one good thing about bicep trainin is that my arms, especially forearms have stupid vascularity. few big pumped pipes and smaller veins look like roadmap. i like that look.
 
also, with kcals and macros i started tracking water intake. basicly my rough estimate was correct, i drink around 6-7l of plain good old cold water daily.

i always did drink more than ussuall people but i think with anabolics its just + for me, less risk of thick blood.

any water lovers around here? :D
 
I drink ~6lt of water on training days plus another 500-1000ml of energy drink and coffees and 1lt of diet coke every night. Rest days I’m 1,5-2lt less water.

Besides frequent pissing I hate having to add so much electrolytes and salt, otherwise I’m having cramps, feeling flat and my bp goes too low.
 
frequent pissing is my issue also. every night i get up, piss, drink liter of water and go to sleep again. but i guess its better to piss often than be dehydrated.

for me its shocking how many people drink like 1-2l of water daily. thats crazy.

good news for me. my planned trip to albania is canceled as ive found driver willing to go for one trip. he even has experience as its his route too, this exact one. big win for me as i wont break my diet and trainin routine, also i can continue my pinning and pill scheadule. im super happy.

sunday evening, if it will be dry (shitty weird weather last week or so) i wanna load racecar onto trailer and do some testing on track to check if everything works.

it will be just 2-3x 30min stints, no lap time chasing, tho i will be on slicks so i will need to have good pace to even keep heat in them. super excited.

i wonder how well will i fit in my bucket seat :D
 
friend gifted me this. guys, amazing tools for some self massage at home.

i have mild scoliosis which is gettin better with excercise, flat feet, fucked up posture, which is also getting better with excercise.

but i have always stiff romboids, spasms on back muscles and in general im stiff like metal bar. ive bought massage gun while ago, great tool but i live alone and cant masage my own back.

with these little tools its possible and quite easy. today i woke up with stiff neck, something was stuck and i could feel
it. 10-15min with this and voala, im good as new. 10/10 can recommend.

Just keep growing and you wont need the bucket seat ...you'll just wedge yourself in the drivers spot.

hehe that seat is my size limit :D they make bigger sizes but its 3000€ to replace so i need to keep myself in certain size ;D

it started to be bit small when i was 106kg of fat mess. i guess im lighter by 28kg, that would cost 5k€+ to strip that kind of weight from car.

i just hope i will feel comfortable at speed quickly. my home track is long and very fast one with few scary high speed corners, brural braking zones and fast corner entry speeds. i need to be quick and accurate.
 
car is ready, washed, switched to dry slick, loaded on trailer behind van, hopefully i didnt forget to pack anything, wish me luck.

thanks mate. that fckin car costed me too much miney, time and stress. speed is on par new brand new bmw m3/4 with skilled driver, 997 cup cars, tuned f87 m2's with good drivers, could lap nordschleife under 7:30.

buuuut too much issues due to much custom stuff, everything is racing oriented and needs service pretty much after every day. at least checking bolts, nuts, fluids etc.

it can take a beating, 32-34C outside temps, i did days on track, full race pace for whole day and did 400+km per day. 100% time racing pace. very fast for 23yo car but i dont have that spark to always solve new issues...
