if anyone is interested, prices for bloodwork in here, in €.

basicly, hormones are 7,2€ each, basic stuff like cbc, cholesterol etc is very cheap. last bloodwork ive posted here was 127€.

anyway, pulled the trigger on few things and ordered enough hgh for more than year, not sure if i will run it straight away.
im mainly interested in fat loss effect, strenghtening soft tissue, sleep benefits and better recovery

if i will run it, it will be, hopefully, around 4-5iu max.

ordered 10mg kit of reta cause i wanna all good health benefits of glp1 but tirz kills my appettite too much.

also, melatonan 2 cause maybe i can get away with microdosing and have some tan year round, im ussually very white guy. not that im complaining...
 
nice pull workout today + abs.

barbell rows, landmine rows with narrow V grip, pulldowns, hammer strenght dumbell like rows (plate loaded), seated cable rows with wide underhand grip

for bicep hammer curls (i guess?), with Z bar curls with narrow and wide grip

machine crunches, torso rotation for obliques, leg raises

hyperextensions as last one cause it kills my lower back, especially with oxandrolone and im unable to move much.

i was bit late today cause of work, about 2,5h later than ussuall. also, all my oversized tshirt from fat era which i wear in gym are dirty so i had tight tshirt...

ive met many people i havent seen for while, lot of chicks there also, milfs etc.

holyshit the pumps and look from oxandrolone. thats stupid. veiny, super hard, soaked in sweat after warmup, big, full, damn... couple guys came to me with "damn lean and big, i havent seen you for while", even one gym chick commented that i look good. thats weird.

again, i love oxandrolone. fantastic compound, not too much but enough to look much better, i guess i feel more mental boost from it than from mast. or maybe its combination.

anyway. there is this one young ukrainian chick, not exactly my type but damn she looks super delicious. added me on social media few weeks back, maybe i should try her.

anyway, bad work day and good gym trainin. as ussuall. im fcked up and have nothing left to do today.

yea it was bit unexpected tbh. ussually its very weird atmosphere in gym between me and chicks. i pretend they are not here and vice versa.

aaaand i have enough var for exactly 12 more days at 50mg! :D which is not a lot.
but tomorrow there will be new package with enough until end of august. after that it will be no more var or any pills for long time.

i can already feel effects of it on my stomach which is not great. couldnt push food for growth on it for sure.

i use cronometer, and just the default downloaded app health for steps.

you can also get a cheap watch that tracks steps/heart rate aswell

This is a totally a reasonable amount that you will see strong effects from if you choose to run it

I also use cronometer for managing electrolytes (how much salt to add, so on) it’s a very helpful app and you can see a lot of micronutrient information as well & would also suggest

yes although we need more electrolytes as enhanced people, especially in these summer times sweating our butts off doing cardio. dont trust the default values it gives u. but u can edit those aswell its a really good app once u get the hang of it.

wish i could extract data from it better but that is paid so i just do it manually

Even though we sweat a lot out, for managing the ratio it is still helpful for avoiding cramping on fat burners/thermogenics, in the summer, on cut, it definitely gets the job done. But yeah definitely would have to adjust some depending on temps and so on
 
good point for those electrolytes guys.

i think i need to look into it more and probably supplement with some powdery form.

anyway, legday today. honestly legday became super challanging last few weeks, there i can see biggest drop of performance and working capacity.

probably will start with squats, wont go heavy on them. leg extensions (i think?) and legpress with feet togeather and up

leg/hamstring curls seated, reverse machine hacksquat for hams and glutes, maybe rdls and calf raises

so light legday. but i guess that should be enough to maintain. probably will add some abs after that.

at evening i need to prepare my track car for tomorrow, i wanna make it road legal again, i need to load it onto trailer and guys at technical inspection wanna see it before so i can make sure everything will go smootly...

not gonna lie, idea of that damn car on road again is .. funny. will see but if it wont be rsining this sunday, i need to go to track for little test.

so, no training, drugs, supplements, food choices will be super limited. exactly something i dont wanna rn but work is work...

Damn.. posts like these remind me why i quit doing that and why i have my truck in the parking rotting for the past 7 months. Now working 8 to 5, five days a week and I'm past all those last minute calls. I need stability now for my mental health. But TBF if money was very good i might have continued..but it wasn't.

you should grab one of those adjustable kg dumbells that go up alot of kg.

just put it in your truck. isnt the most effective but you will still be gaining or maintaining.

i havent been on road for years but i have nobody to drive next week. 3 drivers are on vaccation, another one dont wanna go to albania no matter what and other one i need him in another truck.

so no other choice for me honestly. i have contract, goods needs to be delivered or fsctory in here and in albania wont have material and it will be problem.

tbh im pissed off. i train like crazy, hitting protein daily, everything goes according to my plan and now i will be off for 6-7 days completly. sitting on my ass, without protein source (i guess i will pack one bag of whey powder), without trainin, showering not exactly daily, at gas stations or next to truck out in open... fuck...

i didnt go to any vaccation or trip or basicly anywhere cause i have goal, i need to hit the gym, eat same stuff, pin stuff and now this happens...

A week wont make you lose anything you've gained...takes a lil longer than that. Just try to rest up and you'll be rdy to really hit it hard when you get back.

yea i know, its just in my head.

since ive decided to use drugs, i did everything in my life to justify it, not missing training, meals, doin everything thats on my plan to get to my goal. or ar least 95% of time.

this week wont delete my progress but i wanted this long blast to be as perfect as possible and this will be exact opposite.
