barbell rows, landmine rows with narrow V grip, pulldowns, hammer strenght dumbell like rows (plate loaded), seated cable rows with wide underhand grip
for bicep hammer curls (i guess?), with Z bar curls with narrow and wide grip
machine crunches, torso rotation for obliques, leg raises
hyperextensions as last one cause it kills my lower back, especially with oxandrolone and im unable to move much.
i was bit late today cause of work, about 2,5h later than ussuall. also, all my oversized tshirt from fat era which i wear in gym are dirty so i had tight tshirt...
ive met many people i havent seen for while, lot of chicks there also, milfs etc.
holyshit the pumps and look from oxandrolone. thats stupid. veiny, super hard, soaked in sweat after warmup, big, full, damn... couple guys came to me with "damn lean and big, i havent seen you for while", even one gym chick commented that i look good. thats weird.
again, i love oxandrolone. fantastic compound, not too much but enough to look much better, i guess i feel more mental boost from it than from mast. or maybe its combination.
anyway. there is this one young ukrainian chick, not exactly my type but damn she looks super delicious. added me on social media few weeks back, maybe i should try her.
anyway, bad work day and good gym trainin. as ussuall. im fcked up and have nothing left to do today.
