after 5 weeks of cruise / trt I'm doing a blast from tomorrow. I'm waiting for that day like kids wait for Santa, probably this is not normal but whatever
Plan is to do 1000-1200 test with 1000-1200 EQ and sprinkle 150mg NPP / week alongside with 3mg/wk retatrutide and 6-9 iu/day HGH. Got some orals on hand if I feel like plateauing, anadrol (which i fell in love with last time) and turinabol (im a geek for socialist nostaliga, so im sure the east german heritage will add some placebo effect )

No, i tell him and he just says if its ok
I think -not to brag- i have a better theoretical knowledge (im very geek when it comes to biochemistry, went 2 years to med school mainly motivated by interest in PEDs, guess that wasnt motivating enough not to drop out)
He socialized in the 90s-00s broscience era of gear usage i think but im ok with it, training and nutrition is the most important to me from a coach

Right now on cruise (250mg/week) its around 4000 (and im getting leaner) so i think around 4.5-5k

You're looking at running almost 2.5g of gear with your current plan. Looks like your last blast was half of that? 2.5g is a lot of gear for someone weighing 105kg. No disrespect intended.

Edit: looked back on the first page and you were already running over 2g so I guess this is just the natural progression. Hope it goes well!

superdrol experience:
i'm fulfilling my anabolic curiosity, want to try some compounds I never could or would, next one on the list was superdrol. Got it in the injectable form, read all the good and bad about it so I was kinda ready for whatever. took 15mg a day for 2 weeks. First couple of days it was amazing, strength gains above what i felt with 100mg anadrol a day. At the end of the first week my appetite was on point and my look started to sharpen and get fuller too. By margins but when you check your body every day its visibleand no other compound acieved it this fast. I thought to myself I can pull off a 4-5 week cycle with it, i didnt feel any adverse effects.
That all changed the second week. Around tuesday my appetite started to go to shit, i could hardly get the last two meals down, mumbling to myself with an echoed Ronnie voice: aint nothin but a peanut, aint nothin but a peanut
next day i started to feel the lethargy in the late afternoon. I still thought this is fine, im no pussy i can cope with it. From then on the lethargy grew and the appetite shrinked exponentially. Followed though until sunday but from friday i dialed back to the dose to 5mg/day. Was it worth it? yes. Would I do it again? No, just like after every tren cycle (so probably yes)

95 kg was my stage weight
16 sets per bodypart (quads, chest, back, arms, hamstring+ass, shoulder 6 days split) of those half are working sets to failure

Did you do true novice?

Reason I ask is because there are 2 shows close to each other, and I thought about competing in the much smaller one first to get practice for the bigger show

But then I realized I would waste my 1 "True Novice" competition on the smaller show, so I don't think I'll do that

last year was my true novice year. i didnt get into the top6 so i can go in that category this year too according to the show'"s rules. but knowing how mad i was for being one of the only 2 true novices from the 12 ppl lineup i dont think it would be fair

because 10 entries were not true novice in a sense that its their first time on stage. all of them had their first competition a year prior (or it was their 3rd that year) at least but at different federations

ok so i might be making an ass out of my mouth but i went with the novice category again given that i still qualified. in the end i did not regret it, i came in 3rd and it gave a huge motivational push to carry on next year.

also im trying to extend my reach on instagram, since a bodybuilder is worth as much as many followers they have unfortunately in the eyes of many and i'd really like to get a minor sponsorship from a supplement company. if you followed me i'd really appreciate it (also some tips on what to post and do to gain more audience )
