Pharmacom 10 week cycle log

Hello all,

First time posting a thread here.. thought I'd do a cycle log... some basic Info about me..

Age 29

Cycle experience: 5 pro hormones only cycles
2 injected cycles... 1st was test only, 2nd was test and tren

Current weight 210.6lbs end of day after my cardio.. bodyfat.. no idea.. but I've attached photos.. getting there.. but still trying to shed some more fat.

Planned cycle 10 week
Starting with pharma mix 2 1ml eod until the rest of my goodies comes in.. which should be fairly soon...

My plan is
75mg test phenylpropionate eod
100 to 150mg tren a eod.. though I have enough tren for 200mg if I feel ballsy

All gear is pharmacom

I have pharmacom anastrozole tabs, and another research labs adex on hand.. along with prami

Also have black stone labs anesthetized and melatonin for the sleep issues.. along with a bunch of weed lol.

Last cycle I was doing a pharma 3 tren along with an additional brand of tren a for a total of 550mg a week... no anger.. but had night sweats and could only get 4 hours a sleep a night... nothing I couldn't handle though

Anywho.. if there's anything anyone can suggest I need to battle sides that may come up I'm all ears.

Today will be my 3rd pin of the pharma mix.. and I can say last night I definitely felt the difference in pumps doing delts and traps.

My current calorie intake is 2800 cal [still cutting but considering upping to 3000 or 3200], I don't track macros but I make sure to keep my main sources from protein... mostly eating eggs, chicken breast, rice and potatoes for the most part ... but I'll occasional get lazy and eat some shitty microwave chicken nuggets or some bull crap... dropped 30lbs since end of October so I think I'm doing okay!!

I'm in the middle of changing up my routine.. so I'll post that once I have that ironed out... any constructive criticism and advice is openly welcomed!! I looked forward to talking to everyone!

Good luck bro, subbed. I'm concerned about all them cables and wires in your bathroom. Proper death-trap. :mad::confused:

I'm not a fan of them either.. but certain people insist lol.

unluckily i was incredibly sick yesterday so chose to rest instead of hit the gym.

Will take it easy and do arms and cardio today

todays routine:

close grip bench press (4 sets 10-12 reps)
Superset alternating dumbbell curls with skull crushers (4 sets 10-12 reps)
superset overhead dumbbell tricep extensions with preacher curls (4 sets 10-12 reps)
superset hammer curls with cable tricep push downs (4 sets 10-12)

cardio - 20-25 minutes on the stairmaster.. usually just until the machine says i've hit 300-400 calories.

Will be hitting up legs tomorrow
 
Just came back from doing the workout posted above. Pumps are definitely feeling better, and vascularity is more apparent... a friend even pointed it out so it's not just in my head.. cardio really sucked but I'll attribute that to still being sick.
 
Is there no edit function?? Really don't feel the need to bump this.

Anyway, the pip from this concentrate [pharma mix 2] is definitely felt.. but that could be because it's the first time I've tried chest pinning. It's not crippling.. just feels like I had the most insane chest day and incredibly sore. The delt pin wasn't as bad, but I've pinned there plenty of other times .. definitely still had some pip, but didn't hinder me from working my delts.
 
Morning picture... retaining a bunch of water.. haVento a friend staying over the last few days since he's moving to another state today... and with that he's demanded I eat a bunch of shitty with him.. and no I feel bloated lol.

About to hit up the stair master for fastedman cardio

Still felt like crap yesterday from being sick.. but got in a shortened leg day of squats, leg curls, calf raises and leg extensions along with a shortened delt day. Delts workouts were side raises, upright rows, shrugs and front raises.

Gonna be hitting up back later today.. was sitting at 215 yesterday lol.. so the water weight gain is real at the moment

Hit chest yesterday.. Still not feeling 100 percent but almost.

Hit bench press for 315x 9,8,8
Normally that's 10 rep for 4 sets thing.

Various flys and incline after that... Took it somewhat easy.. Was happy to just be in the gym!

My goodies arrive tomorrow! Pharma tren a and test ph.

Will be continuing this blend but adding .75ml tren to each shot.

Debating doing 100mg test ph eod once the blend is over.. Rather than the 75mg currently running... Any thoughts or benefits of upping the test a bit?
 
Had a good shoulder day

Seated shoulder press
Side raises
Front raises superset with shrugs
Cable rear delt flys
Upright rows
Barbell shrugs

Picture about 15 minutes after gym..Still had a little pump left.. Pumps are getting crazy.. They are hurting really good!! My favorite feeling... The only thing better than delt pumps are sex

Vascularity coming through... Along with trensomnia... Woke up 6 times last night... And couldn't get up for morning cardio. Might just do cardio after lifting and go to the gym a little earlier... Luckily no sweats.. But body temp is definitely up.. And I need to have bottles of water readily available for the times I randomly wake

It's a struggle man, I woke up 6 times last night in full sweats..

Thanks! I was hoping The sides would come a little later!! Gonna have to start the melatonin I guess. I was full on sweating from 1st workout until I left the gym yesterday.. Grossly satisfying feeling... I'm just waiting for the night sweats! I was thinking upping to 150mg tren eod.. But might just up to 125 and go from there

Forgot to mention, I'm currently at 214.4lbs at end of day yesterday.. Today was 6th pin.. My cardio has been lacking so I'm sure that's almost all water weight lol

And my favorite part is starting.. Where everything gives me a raging boner... And I have to make excuses why I can't leave my desk at work

Tren was good to me, allowed me to have the energy to wake up and do a fasted workout. Did some accessories

Cable chest flys, starting position above head
Side raises
Peck deck
Pull ups

Then over to stairmaster for 220 cal... Was sweating like a damn pig

Weigh in at 211.4

2 cardio sessions appear to have removed the water I was retaining

And now to get ready for work
 
My goodies from wed are delayed and stuck at usps for whatever reason.. Already went through customs... Have a separate order that will be in today tough.. Will begin upping the tren dose this afternoon
 
Had my cheat meal yesterday.. 10 al pastor tacos and 2 carne asada.

Well earned! Did legs after work yesterday then killed these tacos.

Was in there still sweating, starved.. Lady at the counter looking at me thinking the order was for my group.. People just staring... Judging me haha
