Pharmacom-Anavar-June2015 'Ol lady lifting log

I'm not physically prepared for the next weight class up. If I can't make weight, I won't do the competition - I'd be throwing my money away. Ok, thanks for the info cause I was wondering what was going on. I feel better now that I know this is "normal". I'll just have to decide if I want to compete or skip out (getting off work was going to be a huge hassle anyway).

Not to sound like a dick but that's 100% inaccurate. Maybe something got lost in translation though, since this is communication via the Internet. Dbol certainly has a tendency to put on an increase in water weight, which is maybe what you meant and maybe what @vickster23 is asking about as well?

However, Oaxandrolone was literally created to put weight & lean muscle mass on HIV/AIDS patients so it most certainly will make you put on weight. Now, whether you have that bloated vs lean look could be speculation for whether it's Dbol or Anavar.
Personally, I think ALL UGL "Anavar" has either Whinny/Dbol in it....how much % it is is a whole different story.

Vick, I usually put on between 6-10 lbs per cycle (right now I've gained 8 lbs) without much effort really. Some days I eat a LOT, and others it's just not possible with work.
What's the next weight class up? I would consider doing it because I gain weight like that *snaps* on cycle...usually in the first 4 weeks....could be because I'm so excited and I work out like a fiend so I eat like one too Lol.

Try fasted cardio in the AM (and an overall increase in carido) if that doesn't work, try cutting calories 2 weeks out......if that doesn't work.....try taking Adderall Lol! Kidding...sort of...not really.

Gaining a .5 lb a day is not increase in lean mass over a period of a full cycle that is where the weight comes from on a Var. So I say a her weight gain is not normal for anavar. How do you look and feel? Bloated and heavy? Cut back the dose my wife has never had to take more then 5mg's a day when the var is legit.

You have weight class to make so what do you do? Increase cardio at the risk of losing strength. Decrease calories so once again lose strength. My advice is go back to 5mg's stay the course, keep your diet clean no salt, no dairy(except eggs), enough complex carbs for energy, increase protein intake maybe even increase calories just above maintenance through the added protein. This should keep you from having to do extra cardio. You are heading into a strongwoman comp you can't afford to lose strength.

How much wiggle room do you have on weight because you should expect to put on some lean mass?

I do wonder why did you bump to 10mg it was only a week not enough time to judge what 5mg was doing IMO.

I am not quick to judge what the AAS is because I don't know so my suggestion is to look at diet and stay on the lower dose. If it continues to happen then we can start to eliminate things and find out if it is the AAS.

I started at 138. My weight class is 140.4 and under. I'm now at 143. I'm already pretty good with low salt, no dairy (except eggs) already. However I have not been sticking with complex carbs. I omitted pasta for too long and have went on a bit of a rebound since I am back to maintenance calories instead of cutting. Hmmm...I hadn't thought of sticking with 5 mg per day. Can that be taken just once in the morning? The pills I have are so tiny I can't imagine getting them into fourths.

Oh and I didn't answer - no I don't feel bloated and heavy. If anything I feel like my upper body in particular is more muscular and full but I honestly figured it was all in my head. I was able to bench 120x5, 120x4, 120x4 this morning as well as squat 190x5 for 3 sets which are ALL rep personal records.

Splitting them is a pain in the ass. I would take them an 1/2 hour to an hour PWO. I know it make sense to take 2x a day because of half life but I have never noticed much difference in once or twice a day with anavar. My thought is sticking with 5mg's for at least 2 weeks and then go from there. One week is just not enough time it is just now kicking in. I understand the rebound thing switch to whole wheat pasta or I know it is not past but spaghetti squash does the trick. Now that you are at 143 you are going to have to cut for a week or so. Smash is right though you have to go into a cycle expecting to put on some lbs. So if you know a comp is coming and you do strongwoman so you have to come in to your cycle at least 6-8 lbs underweight. We all react differently to compounds that is why it is best to stay at a lower dosage the first time. Now you are wondering if I go back to 5mgs will it cut it and so mentally you want to stay at 10.

Eggs aren't dairy

lmao. Breezed right over the eggs/dairy thing. I'm just all "I already avoid cheese and milk but eat eggs". I'm going to go with "haven't had my coffee yet".

@Voltrader your last sentence confused me... so you think I should stay at 10 now?

No I was just talking from a mental standpoint telling yourself you need to go back down. I suggest dropping back down for another week or so and see how that goes. Smash is following and I will keep my eye on this thread. If you are dead set on this comp we need to figure out how to stabilize your weight and keep your strength. I am guessing you will still be on var at the time of the comp.

Plan was to be on until Aug 1st. I am not dead set on the comp. I was planning on it, but have about a week to make a final decision before entry fees go up. This is my first time using var and did not realize about the weight gain. I thought it would be a little weight gained over time - not this rapid gain I am experiencing. Thank you for your input. I appreciate it!

Ok - so my husband found my var. Not happy and wants me to quit. So I guess this will be the close to my log. I would like to note a few things that I found out this week, mainly once I bumped from 5mg to 10.

1. RAPID weight gain. After further research this is normal - I'm at 6 lbs up 10 days in. However with all the reading I did on anavar this is one thing I never noticed. There's lots of mention of it being used as a cutting drug and maybe it is aesthetically, but not on the scale. I don't feel bloated for feel fat or heavy, but it is a concern for me as I have a weight class to make as a strongman competitor. Otherwise it would not be a problem, however if you are a lady that has a hard time with the numbers on the scale already this is something that can give you quite a shock.

2. Headaches - I've had a mild headache every day since starting, even at half dose. Nothing that couldn't be taken care of with an ibuprofen, but thought I should note it none the less.

3. Loss of appetite. This didn't really become noticeable until I was up to 10mg. I really had to make myself eat because I just wasn't hungry.

I'll probably stick around an make some notes on here as to how long it takes for the weight to come back down since some of you may be interested in that.

Wow, I am truly sorry that he has that much control over your body... I wish you the best of luck, but it seems a little ridiculous.

My wife cracked the shits when she found out too. The problem is the negative myths that exist which are believed by the majority due to what they read or watch on media. It's a healthier alternative to what I previously put into my body such as alcohol and numerous substances I've put up my arm in the past. Try and educate him better and get him to do some research. At the end of the day it's your body.
