The remainder of my order landed. First part arrived pretty fast but the one item that was accidentally left out they shipped and due to the holidays took some extra time but got my full order. Thanks again for the Quality and service @Pharmacom Labs !

Good evening.

Just wanted to say the pharmacom/basicstero stuff is definitely still good quality. On week 4 going into 5 of Tren E, Test, var.. seeing good results and definitely can’t do cardio good ol tren.

Also... that cough got me hard today. Tongue tingling and all. After the few experiences I’ve had with it I’ve learned to try not to cough at all and it’ll never get out of control. Sit down drink cold water and all is good.

I hope you guys stick around for a while. Love your products and the customer service has always been on point

yes, an email is sent. Also, the status would update and not be at "checking payment" it would say "shipped" or something such as.

Payment Sunday , means it only been Mon, tues, and now some of Weds (3 business days) but from our PMs we know you had a small mistake that I helped sort out :) . Maybe that made a small delay; however, most likely it is the usual issues with WU and MG -- this is why BTC is the way to go (soon you will see most source only accept crypto or some local UGLs maybe CIM for trusted customers -- WU and MG are on the way out with too much regulation and blocking/holding transfers).
Yeah completely understand why WU or MG would take awhile longer to process an order. I’m just a little anxious being my first order and the product stock was very low, but thank you for the quick reply.

Is Bitcoin crash causing this? Its a business after all so I have to speculate.

I have 5 to 6 orders from China 100% success stealth through Chicago. Knock on wood since I'm waiting on a pack now.

Disappointed in the promos dropping...that marketing always had me locked in...not so sure now.

Anyhow...good luck.

I am a huge fan of Pharmacom. But the recent change of warehouses gets me a little nervous. I know most on this forum board probably purchase a small amount so they obviously are not worried Customs. Before people attack me, when i say small amount i mean 100 Bottles or less and even that is on the low side ;) . This is a public forum, but i want Pharmacom to be clear. Has customs seizures greatly increased that is the reason of the change? And how much better is shipping from the EU warehouse in terms of it being passed through NY Customs?

Also, This is what i personally think Pharmacom should do, please all chime in on your opinions of my post.
Pharmacom is losing money shipping from Asia, OK. Switch to EU Store is their solution. Why not lower the prices at the US Domestic Store (never offer promos) and everyone from the united States will order directly from the US Warehouse. Set up numerous warehouses around the country. When i mean lower the prices, a bottle of Tren E for $110 is usually the price a newbie in the game is paying. For example, lower Tren E to $90 a bottle. Test to $60-65 a bottle. I'm just throwing numbers around, but in the end i can see Pharmacom being more profitable. Let it be a temporary work around until Customs in NY and other parts of the USA seems to become more laxed. Just my 2 cents. I think in this way, it works out better for all of us
Hi, please let me explain.
If you had no seizures, it most probably means you are located in a lucky state. We mentioned it many times. Seizures happen mainly close to Chicago and LA. NY and SF do not have them. I have to admit that NY has lately increased seizure rate from China. Probably due to coming holidays.
However, we are going to change shipping location not due to these recent seizures in NY. We would like to get a zero or at least close to zero seizure rate for entire USA so that customers would not doubt and hesitate, whether to order or not in our store. After this step all customers will be able to relax. Currently we have had no seizures from the new location at all. New location also provides faster delivery speed. We will do our best to keep prices as close as possible to the international ones. All discounts of international accounts will be moved to EU account. But EU will have max 15% discount. If you had 40% on international store, now you will have 15% on EU store with faster and I would say guaranteed delivery. If a seizure still happens we will also reship for the second time free of charge.
We will still have the possibility to ship from China, but we would prefer not to do this to support 100% delivery success rate.
We can not lower US domestic prices at the moment, because we really have many transport expenses there. It would be not wise and not safe to explain details of this in public, so,I would prefer not to discuss details of our domestic delivery scheme publicly. If we get this opportunity, we will lower domestic prices. There is one option we are working on, but i will not promise anything before we are sure it works out.
I am sure you all understand. If all works out, we will announce news in nearest future.

No need to even consider lowering prices Frank.
Even if you lower operational costs with another method, do NOT lower prices -- simply enjoy a little better profit margin, please.
These guys will NOT be there for you the other way around, if business slows and you are in need, or there are sudden new costs/losses we must endure -- they do NOT care about you or the business (they just want cheap products).

These guys would not lower their prices in their own business if it meant a loss -- NOR would any of them like a pay cut at thier job (but they expect it for us).

Even demanding this is not respectful at all; I know they do not go to other stores in life and tell the owners to lower prices and explain that if the price is lower then they would buy more (and all the store has to do is cut worker's pay to make it happen).
If they want the best product, then it worst the small price -- and, actually we are very competitive with the garage made homemade UGLs anyways.

You get what you pay for -- our record show we are the best and if someone rather be cheap with something they put into their body, they are free to shop around.

Our stock sells, we put in the time, effort, investment, research, endure the costs (some we can not talk about here) etc... DO NOT even consider lower prices just because a few random cheap A$$es on a forum act like it needs to happen -- THOUSANDS of others are happy with the business and ALL stock sells out -- so ZERO reason to lower prices (maybe raise them and make a better profit is what I would do :) haha).

I definitely agree with what you are saying. Just playing devils advocate not because I want cheaper prices or anything like that. If you lower prices on domestic it would end up selling more because more people would buy. You knock out all competition because you have the highest quality at the lowest prices. You would essentially take over. Either way I have never been let down and I will pay to play. Just putting ideas out there.

I get it. But I mean, there are some internal things and details that make lowering cost not possible (it is a business after all, we have to turn a profit).
Regarding selling more, stock already sells out completely -- so that is another thing all together -- we are limited not by demand but by ability to keep stock.

But I appreciate input @Jeff the Jerk and did not mean anything rude towards you :) .

I am just saying in general to Frank (because he is very nice), not to let a few guys on boards pressure him when he knows much more about the business and details etc. and for him to keep in mind how fast they would just go to the next source if need be -- they are not going to be there to endure business downturns or set-backs so profits need to stay at a threshold to consider the long turn ups and downs.

No worries man. You guys have always done right by me so I am loyal to the soil lol you guys are already huge but maybe there could be an expansion since you are always selling out. I like to think big and if there is a greater demand than supply then let's figure out a way to create more supply and grow!

Has anyone got there tracking # or there package from the black friday promo??? Just curious.

Ive never ordered INT before usually just do domestic so maybe im a little impatient lol

sounds normal for intl. 2-3 weeks usual (some rare cases shorter, and some rare times longer).
Remember, you won't get tracking until it clears out-going customs.
Alps, keep in mind black-friday, cyber Monday, and the busiest time for shipping / postal services
