Agreed. I used pharma mix 1 and pharma nan d last year on a bulk with good results. Only wish I had run it longer, did 12 weeks, should have gone 16.

Wondering how the reship policy works for seized orders

I haven’t received notice from customs but my package has been in customs for about 3 weeks now according to tracking.

Considering the international store is closing soon do I need to have physical evidence of a seizure notice to request a reship of my order?

I’m willing to wait another week just to see if anything shows up but at some point I would like to at least attempt the reship and get the original order even if the bonus items are lost

Sent a message 2 weeks ago about the reship and haven't heard anything or received any confirmation of a reship. What's the word on this? Do I need to actually e-mail someone specifically? I do have the official seizure letter now.

I don't mind the seizure, it happens and that's my risk. But what was the point of messaging the order number info if it was just gonna get ignored?

About EU warehouse. We are going to use it as the default one and it will open by default, once you enter

We have to resolve a few things on it.
Earlier it had EUR as default currency and USD, GBP could be chosen from a drop-down list. Since we are going to use EU warehouse as the default one, we set USD as the default currency. There is a trick here. Since all our calculation and internal cooperation with our EU employees is in EUR, we have to keep EUR as the only base currency. Balances on EU warehouse are also in EUR.
When you open EU warehouse and see USD prices now, those are converted from EUR based on the real-time EUR-USD ratio. Due to this we got several inconsistencies.

1. USD & GBP price is not always the same and may vary depending on the current (at the moment you check it) ratio of respective currencies.

2. If you have USD as the default currency and chose to pay via bitcoin, at the checkout our site shows price in USD, which is converted from EUR in real-time and amount in bitcoin is calculated based on the real-time EUR-bitcoin ratio, not USD-bitcoin ratio, because EUR is still our main currency for all internal calculations.

3. When you get confirmation e-mails for your orders, prices there may show a bit different values than sums shown on site after you check out. Again, this is caused by real-time conversion.
Now we are discussing all possible options to eliminate all inconsistencies and make the entire purchasing process user-friendly and price calculations completely transparent.

4. Once we find a universal solution, we are going to launch a promo at our EU warehouse. Most probably we will launch it for one month and it will be a promotion similar to the international one, but with following bonuses:
for 200 EUR order - 50 EUR bonus
for 300 EUR order - 100 EUR bonus
This promo is not running yet. We will update you in a separate announce , when we launch the EU promo.

5. We were going to close International site and ship from EU and US only. However, once we made our plans public, we started receiving many e-mails asking to keep the international warehouse with its bonuses. There are many customers, who prefer to risk, but get more freebies. We hear you and we decided to keep International account open, for a while at least. The international 300/200 promotion is still running and we are extending it for indefinite period of time. It will be running until our new update regarding dates.

Due to New Year holidays in China all orders placed in the international warehouse can be shipped after 12th of February only.

6. Regarding international discounts moved to EU warehouse. This is one of the most frequently asked questions. Yes, we are going to move them, BUT due to all expenses with restocking EU warehouse the maximum possible discount at EU section is limited by 15%. If you had 30% at our international warehouse, you will get only 15% at our EU warehouse. On the other side, as i mentioned above, international warehouse is not closing yet, so you can order from China with higher risks, but higher discounts/larger bonuses.

7. Next, for existing customers we are going to copy international accounts (= all discounts) from international section to EU section so that you could get promised discounts.
For new customers, who is not signed up yet, each warehouse requires its own registration procedure. It is very simple, you only need to enter your account and password.
We will simplify this system in future. We are developing new modular site engine, which will make our site more user-friendly. It will allow only one single account and one single balance for all warehouses. You will have one single login page instead of 3 (for each warehouse). After you login into your unified account, you will be able choosing warehouse location, where we should ship your order from. Prices will change depending on this choice. As i said, this is coming soon, but the current engine requires 3 separate sections (one for each warehouse) with 3 separate login pages.

Tracking is uploaded after the pack passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs; therefore, depends upon the postal service -- so it varies greatly.
I have witnessed extremes such as under a week (literally a few days) all the way to a couple weeks (literally over 2 weeks).
likewise, I have even seen orders with multiple packs that were shipped out at the exact same time have one pack move fast -- 2 weeks total -- while the other take s 4 weeks.
Postal services are chaotic to say the least.

But you can be assured that the source ALWAYS does it's part and whatever you paid for is sent out -- after that, it is dependent upon the postal service.
