So guys,
situation is changing rapidly. I just had a meeting with our company head. In my previous e-mail I announced that we were not going to close our international warehouse (china) to provide best prices and promotions. Circumstances changed. We got major restocking of our EU-based warehouse and decided not to ruin our reputation with increasing number of seizures from China.
International (china) section will be active on our site for next 3 days only. In 3 days we remove international (china) section. EU section will be renamed into International premium.
In result our site will have only 2 warehouses: International premium worldwide (EU-based, shipping from Europe to any country incl. USA, Canada, Australia) and US Domestic for US-based customers.
Prices on our EU warehouse will be lowered compared to the current ones!!! In fact,we will copy prices from our current International (china) warehouse to the future EU-based international warehouse.In other words, prices do not change for international orders, but instead of China orders will be shipped from Europe.
Regarding seized orders. If you had your items seized, no worries, let us know, we will reship your order as discreet as possible from China. Our physical warehouse there is closing. We just remove international section from side and stop shipping from China, but all seized orders will be reshipped without hesitation.
So, international warehouse section will be active only next 3 days and then we remove it. We are still running the 300/200 bitcoin promo. If you want to take an advantage, you have 3 days to place an order and 5 days after this to pay.

So we all lose our lifetime loyalty discounts we’ve worked and spent tons of cash to build up because you shut down the warehouse we buy from? Awesome! Seems shady to me and not only that but the EU warehouse is about 15% to 20% higher pricing. I’d rather switch my brands and buy locally than get screwed that bad. You should transfer the lifetime loyalty points if you want to keep things fare to people who’ve been loyal to you guys for years!

Loyalty programs, says on their website, that it’s “not carried from one warehouse to another”, so the fact they didn’t mention moving the points over means they aren’t even considering it. I’m trying to get clarification on that....
If they lower the prices that would be great but losing a 15% discount just because they change what warehouse they consider their “INT” warehouse seems a bit shady and I’m sure I’m not the only one questioning that.

You would think they would have mentioned it in the post here too, regarding the discounts. Probably figured they would get torn apart by long time customers, as they should. i agree with you completely. Thanks for clarifying.
Frank has already stated previously that the loyalty discounts will be carried over to the EU warehouse.

There is nothing SHADY about improving delivery success (at a huge cost to the source) by moving to Europe. IF anything, I would think people would be impressed by the effort.
It is much cheaper for a source to ship from a factory in China but if packs are getting seized then something has to be attempted to fix that issue. Think about it before you claim it is shady -- much higher cost to work from Europe. Why do you think many countries move business to Asia?
We are all in this together -- sources want products to get to customers and customers want to receive products -- the source and the customers would prefer it to all be easier but like many things in life some things are outside of our control (Maybe lobby for law changes or vote for government that would allows more freedoms--for now we have to work with what we have).
But remember, source are a business -- NOT a charity -- and, have to make enough profit to be worth the effort and risks etc. This goes for all sources.
IF you prefer to put in all the work and take all the risks for much less money then please start a lab and maybe I will buy from you (well, if you can achieve the same quality and 3rd party HPLC results etc over a long consistent track record -- you will have some of my business).
Basicstero is one of the best sources, has the highest possible quality, years of positive track record, and excellent prices. The fact Basicstero is making this effort to improve business even more by moving to Europe impresses me greatly.

Nothing shady about your business practices. Myself, LNM and others just want clarification on the loyalty discounts we’ve earned over the years being transferred over during the switch. That is all
I for one appreciate this switch a ton as I’ve had 4 packs from your Chinese warehouse seized over the years. It’s a massive pain in the ass and this is for everyone’s benefit. We get that, trust me
Some clarification is needed here. You are right, our site says that loyalty discounts are valid only for one warehouse. If you had 10 orders at US domestic warehouse, you will get discount only there. But we have not a regular situation now. EU warehouse becomes International warehouse. EU prices will be lowered soon, you get same prices, which our chinese international account has now. We will also run our first promotion on new international premium warehouse. It will be
50$ bonus for orders over 200$
100$ bonus for orders over 300$
which is also not so bad.
Finally, i am not sure yet, how this all will be carried out technically, but yes, we are going to move all discounts to new international premium account. I will have a talk regarding this with our admin within next couple of days. In any case, if you find that your discount is missing at new international premium warehouse, feel free to contact us, we will willingly help.
The only thing is that new warehouse will have max. discount limit set to 15%. But look, we are lowering prices, we ship from Europe, which is faster and safer, zero seizures so far. And we are going to run a promo as well. Everything is by far not so bad.
