Could we kill two birds with one stone. Restore my faith by sending the equivalent dollar amount from my seized order totals.. from the Europe warehouse. This would give me the value of my paid items, although would not be as much since the Europe warehouse is more expensive,( so id get less items.... )
But it would also prove that I can safely order from new warehouse without fear of seizure again.. because I know u guys say there have been no seizures, but after losing $650 I'm a little reluctant to dish out more until I know it's truly gonna reach me.
I definitely don't want to risk another order from China...
 
Are you guys still shipping previous orders from the china warehouse? Made an order there two weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. Sent multiple messages and didn't get a response...

Yes, of course your order will still be shipped.
Over the past few weeks we have had many announcements regarding the warehouse changes and as stated previously the Asian warehouse will be there until for a couple weeks until all orders are resolved. But it is not possible for someone to place a new order there any longer.

@NoRevolution you mention "sent multiple messages" but I am not sure where you sent them or how. Maybe you already did us the "contact us" form on the website, but that is the best way.
PMs, emails , chat etc, posts om forums, none of that goes as directly or efficiently to who can help compared to actually contacting customer support on the website.
But in case you did not, or in case anyone else reads this and maybe it can help them so I put the info again.

The best way to get in touch with customer service regarding accounts and/or orders is via the "contact us" form on the website.
NOTE: be sure to check your email spam folder in case a reply got filtered into spam.

Also, you can always use the "Contact Us" form on the website to get back in touch with someone who is able to talk about orders and account etc.

Thanks man. I had already given up after second seizure to be honest. I kinda took it as a loss. I didn't know who that was, Frank himself or just like a random guy who is on forum helping them lol.

Thanks for the information and the reply RThoads. I've been using the "Contact Us" (along with the corresponding order #) every time. Unfortunately, I've sent 3-4 messages this month (about various things) and none of them has been replied to. A little disappointed as I've been ordering from you guys for about 2 years or so. Hoping it's just the commotion from transferring warehouses...

@NoRevolution ok, if you checked email spam in case reply was filtered out and nothing there, then I understand the concern.
Do not worry if you paid, a pack was or will be sent.
You can see the status of the order on your dashboard on the Basicstero website.
They kept old Asians warehouse website up for a couple week so people that ordered can still check status there etc.
But if you need some more detailed or specific help, PM me and I will try my best to help you.
 
I don't usually don't order from PCom basicstero domestic pricing is little crazyI tried it out with a very small order to see the TD time not too bad seven days with a weekend in there well checking authenticity code and says is a fake from the same site I always work with
 
Don't want anybody to be discouraged from pharmacon products this is about my fifth time using them and they have always checked out of course this is my first time ordering domestic but maybe theres an explanation

If you order from Basictsero, there is no way of a fake -- Basicstero is the direct from manufacture store (it is Pharmacom Labs NOT a reseller).
Most likely an error entering the code.
Frank has posted in the past regarding the most common code mistakes and maybe a search of this thread can find some of those examples and help :)

Did you already have an account with EU warehouse?
The transition to the new location is complete and so the old intl warehouse is no longer used.

We completed most of the changes with our warehouse transfer.

Please read the explanation below.
Our Chinese and EU domestic warehouses had different databases. After thorough consideration of all the possible ways to merge databases we came to the conclusion that simply merging may have numerous unexpected and unpleasant consequences for our customers (e.g. accounts with the same username can belong to different people at different warehouses, etc.). Therefore, we decided NOT to merge.
