i don't know, man. i had some Balkan gear that checked out authentic and said that i was the first one to check the codes and that shit was bunk as could be.

If a counterfeiter purchased legit gear, then copied the unchecked codes to their fakes, then they would show up authentic and previously unchecked.

This industry is full of scumbags. Not sure where you purchased your gear from, but next time, buy direct. No guess work or worries then.

You could try taking some pic of your amps and sending them to one of the reps, have them take a look and give you their opinion.
