I checked your unpacking video and it does not actually shows the unpacking, only the opened package of the vial itself, which honestly saying proves not much at all. As per our requirements in order to raise a complain about missing or damaged items, the video of the unpacking process of the parcel is required.
However, since you sent at least some video (almost nobody does it, however this condition is colored in red right on the checkout page), we will do an exclusion and reship damaged item. Regarding replacement of prim200 with 2xprim100 items. Yes, i confirm we did this. When we reshipped your package there was no prim200 in stock already, so replacement with 2xprim100 was the only possible solution to reship your package asap. I mentioned it a few posts ago that we have several orders like this. We had to replace some vials with amps, prim200 with prim100, teste500 with 2x test e300. We provide extra store credits to victims for all the inconvenience.
