Yeh nice way of programming, really loved doing that too - great recovery but also good frequency for sure!yes, you are correct my weekend is full lower day then full upper day.
Then I rest for a day and have a three weekdays as follows:
Legs,
Back/shoulders (rear and side delt -- front get hit enough with pressing and weekend upper day),
Chest/arms,
rest.
Can also do:
Legs / pull / push / rest,
then weekend lower/upper/rest.
I like these ways

I got it all sorted out. Error on my side. Appreciate the reply’s.
Today was day 3 of MK-677 at 10 mg/day. Nothing to really report at this point, still too early.
The plan is to keep it conservative, unless a bump to 20 mg/day is warranted. Trying to avoid serious edema and hoping the lower dose will provide me that with some added size/strength.
We'll see. i'll update as things progress.
