Is this normal for tren base? The material is all at the bottom of the vial? Do I Swirl the vial before using?

It is a water base suspension not an oil (see product description on the website, link below). This is normal that it settled to bottom; the active compound was never in a solution -- it is suspension. Shake it up and get it all evenly distributed (suspended) in the water.
To avoid complications do not use it mixed in a single syringe with other oil-based steroids!

my own experience it has been 2 to 3 weeks from when it was dispatched, most of the time.
On rare occasion a little faster or longer, but 90% of time 2-3 weeks.
