I’m the “dumbass”? o_O

The source carried out their end of the deal. They shipped it to the address you gave them. Other than that everything else is your fault and your loss imo

Its my fault I placed the order over a month ago and I got a better job offer since placing the order and had to move? And I’m not asking about a refund now. I’m asking what happens when it gets returned to sender as it inevitably will. So kindly frick off

You think the return address sources use are correct and real? Go frick yourself dumbass.

I used their 300 and its great. Recently tried to do the Test 500 and its awful.

So I got an order that is in processing shipping. However I just moved and I’m unable to do a package intercept on it. I’m assuming it will get sent back.
Will you guys send it to my new address or will I get refunded?
Only because you are a constant customer and your order was not so big, we reship it, ok.
You see folks, there are some obvious advantages to be a persistent customer.
p.s. yes yes, you all can say It is a marketing trick and bla bla bla...well, yes, maybe it is. Anyways all win. We have better reputation, customer gets goods.
p.s. just realized, how it sounds... just to make clear, it is not some kind of play. We do not know this guy, he really wants reship of his order. Just realized that my latest sentence about marketing trick may sound equivocal.

That is awesome. Nice work Pharmacon.

People need to understand that this "I moved/changed address" shit is NOT a source's responsibility.
Thankfully in this specific case the source could determine it was a long-time loyal customer and does not sound like a big cost issue -- so the source ate the loss and took care of the customer.

But, as others mentioned, people can fill out the change of address forms with the post office (after all, how will your other mail find them?).
IF someone loses some mail because of the move, well that is part of moving (not the sender's fault).

When a purchase is made from a source (or anyone) and is mailed to the address the customer provided, the source has done it's part; the seller should not be expected to eat the losses for the customer's choice to move.
It does also create legal risks because the new owner/resident (or landlord if it was a rental) may receive the pack, open it, and turn it over to LE; there is potential that LE may pursue it and will most certainly first look for the former resident. While unlikely, it is never good to add any extra risk.

Finally, and to be clear I am NOT accusing anyone here now, but in general there has been this type of story multiple times recently and I see the potential for scammers to run such a story to rip off kind sources.
If people see the source's kindness, there will be some who try to take advantage. For example, use a buddy's address for the first pack, then claim to have "moved" so a second pack is sent to the "new location."
How can a source resolve this?

Thank you @Pharmacom Labs for stepping up and going above and beyond. Your kindness is appreciated and saves us all a bunch of headaches debating.

But be careful with possible scammers that copy-cat this scenario.
IF a customer provides an address and the source ships to that address (tracking will verify the pack is shipped etc), the source has completed it's obligation.

Finally, to others who may be friends with others sources, warn sources of the scam possibility because I personally have heard of this exact story at least 3 times in the past couple months.

Any opinion about primo 200, turinabol and masteron e?

I use the Primo200 and Mast-e frequently; these are actually two of my favorite compounds now.
The primo200 has a little PIP for me, but not terrible.
Both hold my quality gains nicely and if I eat clean they help me have a harder more solid look.
I do not use either to make big gains or "bulk" -- but to hold gains I have already made and to keep a good physique, they are very nice.
I've been cruising on Primo200 with some TRT test-cyp for a long time now and have not lost much from my large blasts. When I dieted, the mast really seem to add a more quality look, just more solid, and the mast also seems to add emotional benefits for me (I feel a better mood, and move motivated).

Tbol, sorry, I have no experience at all. I have read a few bloodworks from guys on Tbol and it did elevate liver values. So if you run it please consider some liver supports such as NAC, TUDCA, Milk Thistle, Liv52, and SAMe (this is the stack I use when I ran Anadrol, and it kept my values in check).

You’re right. It does sound fishy. And thats why I told them not to worry about reshipping. I wanted to go back to 300 anyway. Pharmacom is great and I don’t want to seem untrustworthy. It was stupid of me to think they would actually get it back once the post office realized it wasn’t going to be delivered

Sitting in ISC New York customs for 3 days now... what’s the longest anyone here has had it sit there then clear ?

Well in my examples (or anyone example) it is hard to say if a pack was actually there at the ICS the entire time because sometimes the postal service just fails to scan or update tracking.
But I have had packs sit a few weeks and still make it.
I even had one, from a different popular source here (not hard to figure out who I am friend with but I do not want to name names out of respect for both sources), sit for 6 weeks and still make it (in that case the source had offered a re-ship after and I said we could give it one more week, then right before I emailed to accept his offer, I checked a last time and saw it finally updated literally minutes before I was going to email for a re-ship -- it must have just got lost in one of the ICS bins -- he did re-ship a temperature sensitive items because so much time had passed and we did not know the condition the items endured for that long).

ICS is just a big sorting center (it is not customs) and large bins that everything gets dumped into and awaited further sorting -- sometime they sort fast and other times an item or bin can wait weeks or even just get lost :(

Here is a related post (see quote) that shows how random tracking updates can be with one of my pack never even getting the ICS update at all (I thought it was lost for a few weeks) then suddenly gets a distribution center update:
Yes, exactly, people need to realize when a source ships the pack, it is no longer within the source's control -- the source did it's part and sent the product (same as if a person sent me a letter; once he or she sends it, then it is in the postal service's hands).

Let me add this info about the postal service. Times vary greatly as a result of the postal service (nothing any source can control).
This is tracking result from an order not too long ago; both pack are from the same exact order and sent at the same exact time -- as can been seen, the arrival time was much different for each pack:

also, here you can see that sometimes tracking step do not update (again, the postal service's responsibility; the source only has the same tracking info a customer has ) -- here you can see steps here are skipped and not scanned or updated for multiple weeks -- then, suddenly pack arrives to distribution center:

12 days in NY as far as I can remember, after which package successfully reached final destination as per tracking number.

Finally cleared , was worrying it would get caught next week, weird how things just sit there and all of a sudden make it through , while others go through super fast

yeah, the postal service is terrible.
My guess is sometimes a bin just gets pushed to the back and sits. Some of the people working, I am sure they are busy and it's not their life's passion, but they just do not seem to care about packs or customers.

But hey, glad to hear your's passed :)
