Order was shipped from W2 more than 10 days ago. Still waiting for tracking number

I'm still waiting for orders I placed in February just before Chinese new years. And I'm still placing new orders from these guys. So I'm pretty sure I've been pretty patient.

No my orders from Feb have been shipped now. They’re on the way to the W2 middle point. I was just saying that I have been patient, so I don’t really need someone telling me to have patience. I don’t have the luxury to order 10 vials at a time like most here due to my location. So I need to know when my orders are actually shipped to be able to place new ones. That’s why getting tracking numbers is important to me.

Earlier in this thread, it was stated that Pharmacom was going to add a store credit to the accounts of customers that packs had been delayed by Covid for W1 and W2. Are you still going to do this? I ordered at the beginning of March right before shipping stopped. I think I qualify. I wrote to customer support on the international website and I still haven’t received a response yet.

But the gear looked good, like always. Now waiting for my big order.
