I have not yet heard confirmation of W1 to USA.
But 100% certain (many reports across all boards of recebt success) that W2 is shipping to USA.

I am not in EU to have personal experience, but based upon general experience I would estimate it would be approx 4 to 5 weeks total time.
keep in mind you do not see the updates prior to it reaching W2; you will only see the shiping updates once it hit W2 and sent to the final destination. Most likely your pack has been moving but it still in the path from manufacturing location to W2.

From the source's most recent posts, it appears W2 should now be functioning as usual.
For USA W2 uses postal service -- I think it will be the same for EU to just use regular government / pubic postal service from W2.
W2 usually approx 4 to 5 weeks times to arrive.
