Hey there I just submitted my payment for a large order, and know that I did since I have the receipt from my end on Coinbase. I checked a few hours later and not only did this not show up on my orders dashboard, but the information on its pending status also disappeared from the payment submission page, and now when I try to resubmit the info, my order number doesn't show up at all. I am not worried about any foul play, just wondering if this is part of the process or if it is possible the system glitched out. I appreciate any and all information!

***Be sure to check your spam folder after contacting customer service because in the past some people complain they did not get a reply when in fact their email service filtered the reply to spam.
Board reps, posts, even PMs are not as efficient nor direct - may get overlooked or take time to be relayed to the appropriate personnel.
This is a big World-Wide company; Reps/PR/Marketing people are mostly busy relaying information/news/announcements and may not even have the ability, access, nor authority to see private account and order information.
(it is a good thing though, that the company only allows specific person ability to access private info for customer security reasons ).
Also, please, for your own safety never state any personal information in a public post.
The "contact us" form is the most direct form of communication regarding accounts and orders.
NOTE regarding tracking (which is a common inquiry I see daily across various boards and PMs):
In my experience, usually tracking is NOT uploaded until a pack leaves the warehouse country and passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs.
In my opinion this usually takes approx a couple weeks for intl packs.
Please be patient and try not to ask customer service for tracking info -- tracking will be uploaded to your dashboard when it is available and authorized to be given out.
A source has no control over the postal service nor if packs are accurately scanned/updated within the postal system (once the pack is shipped, a source can only see what tracking shows you -- just like if/when you mail something to someone).
Keep in mind you can check the status of your order on the Basicstero site by loging into the warehouse where you placed the order and navigating to your
dashboard >> orders >> select the order you would like to see.
IF tracking has been uploaded to your account it will appear there in the order details section.

We never have promotions for US domestic store. But sometimes some restocks have badly looking items. Some vials may come broken and spoil the packaging of neighbor vials. In such cases we may put such products, which lost their market view, into some bigger orders for free.
The current promotion is running for our international store only, which has 2 warehouses right now. I post my long text here again, to remind, how exactly it works.
Our international warehousehas 2 shipping locations now. By the way, EU-based does not mean only customers from EU can order there. We ship worldwide from this warehouse, incl. USA, Canada, Australia, etc.Code:https://int.basicstero.ws/
By default, all items are shipped from location 1 (we call it warehouse 1 or W1). It is located within Europe and delivery takes 8-12 days as a rule, depending on your location.
Warehouse 2 is located outside of Europe, however we ship it a way that packages are routed through one of the European countries. Tracking number will show delivery from one of the European countries, without mentioning the origin country it was sent from. One month of trial deliveries shows great delivery success with less than 3% seizure rate so far. The only minus of this way is shipping time. It takes about 17-23 days depending on your location.
If some items in your shopping card are not available from the first warehouse, our system automatically assigns your ENTIRE order to the 2nd shipping location (warehouse 2 or W2).
Each item in our store has now availability indicators for both warehouses (W1 and W2).
In order to filter items available for some particular warehouse, please visit our "PURCHASE" pageCode:https://int.basicstero.ws/products/show
IMPORTANT: Please remember, filtering items as per warehouse only shows, what items are available from warehouse 1 and what items are available from warehouse 2. If you filter to show all items from warehouse 2 it does not mean that your order will be shipped from warehouse 2.
It works in a different way. In order to ensure fastest delivery we always ship by default from warehouse 1. Warehouse 2 becomes chosen automatically by our system, ONLY WHEN one or several items in your shopping card are out of stock at warehouse 1.
E.g. You ordered PHARMATEST P100 and PHARMANAN PH100. Both items are available at both warehouses. In this case your order is shipped from warehouse 1. You can not get it shipped from warehouse 2 for now. We are going to add this opportunity later. It requires more coding to be completed.
Another example. You ordered PHARMATEST P100 and PHARMATEST E 300. TEST P100 is available from both warehouses. But TEST E300 is in stock only at warehouse 2. It is out of stock at warehouse 1. In this case your ENTIRE order is shipped from warehouse 2.
So, to say it other words. If you want your items to be shipped from warehouse 2, you need to pick up at least one single items, which is out of stock at warehouse 1.
After you put your items into your shopping card, our system will indicate, what warehouse your order is going to be shipped from!
