Hey there I just submitted my payment for a large order, and know that I did since I have the receipt from my end on Coinbase. I checked a few hours later and not only did this not show up on my orders dashboard, but the information on its pending status also disappeared from the payment submission page, and now when I try to resubmit the info, my order number doesn't show up at all. I am not worried about any foul play, just wondering if this is part of the process or if it is possible the system glitched out. I appreciate any and all information!

I decided to take advantage of the $100 credit I received for the delay on an order I placed in March. Placed the order and within 2 days I received a tracking number. That's great and fast and all, but no tracking for my order that I placed almost 3 months ago.

This is not asking for help I am just adding info for other customers.

When trying to check you order details, you may have clicked the "delete" on your order status in your dashboard. OR maybe some other glitch or something -- I have no idea.

Contact the source's customer support directly regarding your account. You can find the the BTC addresses and records in your BTC wallet or on the blockchain, and they should be able to find your payement.

Please use the "contact us" form on the source's site for the most direct and efficient way to reach customer service regarding specific (private info) such as account and order details.

***Be sure to check your spam folder after contacting customer service because in the past some people complain they did not get a reply when in fact their email service filtered the reply to spam.

Board reps, posts, even PMs are not as efficient nor direct - may get overlooked or take time to be relayed to the appropriate personnel.
This is a big World-Wide company; Reps/PR/Marketing people are mostly busy relaying information/news/announcements and may not even have the ability, access, nor authority to see private account and order information.
(it is a good thing though, that the company only allows specific person ability to access private info for customer security reasons :) ).
Also, please, for your own safety never state any personal information in a public post.

The "contact us" form is the most direct form of communication regarding accounts and orders.

NOTE regarding tracking (which is a common inquiry I see daily across various boards and PMs):
In my experience, usually tracking is NOT uploaded until a pack leaves the warehouse country and passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs.
In my opinion this usually takes approx a couple weeks for intl packs.
Please be patient and try not to ask customer service for tracking info -- tracking will be uploaded to your dashboard when it is available and authorized to be given out.
A source has no control over the postal service nor if packs are accurately scanned/updated within the postal system (once the pack is shipped, a source can only see what tracking shows you -- just like if/when you mail something to someone).
Keep in mind you can check the status of your order on the Basicstero site by loging into the warehouse where you placed the order and navigating to your
dashboard >> orders >> select the order you would like to see.
IF tracking has been uploaded to your account it will appear there in the order details section.

Firstly, you should black out locations; posting so much info publically jeapordizes the method for everyone (the entire purpose of a middle-point and the new location of the warehouse is to be able to pass customs). Hopefully you are able to delete the image file in your uploads or can ask @Millard Baker to remove the sensive info.

In regards to your concern, I think you may not fully understand what you are looking at -- it seem you think the item was physically waiting at that location waiting to move. Look again, that is the EU middle-point that you see waiting for the pack. Therefore, it means during that time that you may mistakenly think a pack is just sitting, it is actually in route from the manufacturer to the shipping warehouse (W2).
You only see tracking steps from the warehouse to the final destination (but there is a path it is on to get to that warehouse).

It works in a different way. In order to ensure fastest delivery we always ship by default from warehouse 1. Warehouse 2 becomes chosen automatically by our system, ONLY WHEN one or several items in your shopping card are out of stock at warehouse 1.

E.g. You ordered PHARMATEST P100 and PHARMANAN PH100. Both items are available at both warehouses. In this case your order is shipped from warehouse 1. You can not get it shipped from warehouse 2 for now. We are going to add this opportunity later. It requires more coding to be completed.

Another example. You ordered PHARMATEST P100 and PHARMATEST E 300. TEST P100 is available from both warehouses. But TEST E300 is in stock only at warehouse 2. It is out of stock at warehouse 1. In this case your ENTIRE order is shipped from warehouse 2.

So, to say it other words. If you want your items to be shipped from warehouse 2, you need to pick up at least one single items, which is out of stock at warehouse 1.

After you put your items into your shopping card, our system will indicate, what warehouse your order is going to be shipped from!
