Well my order hasn’t been shipped yet and I also can not use the private courier option on checkout. Only regular shipping for 20 USD. I’m from EU. So what is up with this?

I am nit sure wht the checkout process did not show an option for the EU courier; maybe the source found it was not a viable option, but I have not heard any such thing -- I am not sure.
You will need to contact the source directly regarding your order details.

***Be sure to check your spam folder after contacting customer service because in the past some people complain they did not get a reply when in fact their email service filtered the reply to spam.
Board reps, posts, even PMs are not as efficient nor direct - may get overlooked or take time to be relayed to the appropriate personnel.
This is a big World-Wide company; Reps/PR/Marketing people are mostly busy relaying information/news/announcements and may not even have the ability, access, nor authority to see private account and order information.
(it is a good thing though, that the company only allows specific person ability to access private info for customer security reasons
Also, please, for your own safety never state any personal information in a public post.
The "contact us" form is the most direct form of communication regarding accounts and orders.
NOTE regarding tracking (which is a common inquiry I see daily across various boards and PMs):
In my experience, usually tracking is NOT uploaded until a pack leaves the warehouse country and passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs.
In my opinion this usually takes approx a couple weeks for intl packs.
Please be patient and try not to ask customer service for tracking info -- tracking will be uploaded to your dashboard when it is available and authorized to be given out.
A source has no control over the postal service nor if packs are accurately scanned/updated within the postal system (once the pack is shipped, a source can only see what tracking shows you -- just like if/when you mail something to someone).
Keep in mind you can check the status of your order on the Basicstero site by loging into the warehouse where you placed the order and navigating to your
dashboard >> orders >> select the order you would like to see.
IF tracking has been uploaded to your account it will appear there in the order details section.

Basicstero does not offer refunds (as mentionaed throughout this thread and in the source's terms on the Bssicstero website).
But some good news recently (I will quote below); physical access to W2 recently became avaliable and the source posted that many orders have started to ship. I do not see as recent of an update regarding W1, but I think some orders moved via private courier (not sure about details on that as I am not in the EU); I am sure teh source will announce when more updates/inof is known.

Update. Our agent just informed us shipping to the USA from W2 became available. We will not send all the packages for once. We split in parts. Shipping of all the orders collected for last months may take up to a 10 days probably + time on the way. No need to ask for tracking numbers. We upload them soon and you get emails and can also see it in your account on site in order details.

Here is short state status regarding all warehouses to the moment.
We are getting back to normal life.
Us domestic working well.
W1 can ship within Europe so far, but by private courier only (40$ shipping and signature required!). We are not sure yet, when shipping to the USA is available from W1. It could be we will have to wait up to the end of June. Actually shipping is possible, but without tracking number. Nobody will want this option, we either.
W2 can ship to almost all countries except Italy right now and Italy will become available from day to day.
Shipping to Taiwan and USA is already available. However, shipping may take up to a month due to all this shit happening in the world.
Many tracking numbers have been uploaded. Even more coming within this week.

Anyone else having delays with shipping from W2? My pack has been at shipper since May 16. Now day 8 showing "package ready to ship" from the tracking number but no movement. Three months now since I first ordered.
