Board reps, posts, even PMs are not as efficient nor direct - may get overlooked or take time to be relayed to the appropriate personnel.
This is a big World-Wide company; Reps/PR/Marketing people are mostly busy relaying information/news/announcements and may not even have the ability, access, nor authority to see private account and order information.
(it is a good thing though, that the company only allows specific person ability to access private info for customer security reasons :) ).
Also, please, for your own safety never state any personal information in a public post.

The "contact us" form is the most direct form of communication regarding accounts and orders.

NOTE regarding tracking (which is a common inquiry I see daily across various boards and PMs):
In my experience, usually tracking is NOT uploaded until a pack leaves the warehouse country and passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs.
In my opinion this usually takes approx a couple weeks for intl packs.
Please be patient and try not to ask customer service for tracking info -- tracking will be uploaded to your dashboard when it is available and authorized to be given out.
A source has no control over the postal service nor if packs are accurately scanned/updated within the postal system (once the pack is shipped, a source can only see what tracking shows you -- just like if/when you mail something to someone).
Keep in mind you can check the status of your order on the Basicstero site by loging into the warehouse where you placed the order and navigating to your
dashboard >> orders >> select the order you would like to see.
IF tracking has been uploaded to your account it will appear there in the order details section.

I checked spam folder, not a newbie bro lol. I sent one on Wednesday no reply at all and then another one on Friday and still no reply at all.

Are you a rep or do you actually work fit the company? I need someone who has contact with the warehouse to help with an order I want to make. Need it to be sent with a specific method.
 
Hello guys I want to say that is like 3 years now that's we are buying your product with my group, we think that you have the best quality on the liquid, oral and even the packaging look like the products is going out of a pharmacy... the communications wih you were perfect for all my orders and the one of my friends. Everytimes...

For the first times ever i have to say that it look strange that you are not stocking vack tour W1 since more that 2 months... a lot of peoples i know are waiting for it. Sad parts is that the communication this times isnt clear. You are not letting us know what is going on, you keep spamming your automatic message saying to talk in private message...

Just let us know what is going on guys... for a company like you because you are one as one of the leader of aas on internet... yiu should be more clear, 2 months to stock back w1 when covid is almost done everywhere is strange.

I hope you are going to find a solution for us and for you guys because i would be sad if we lose the best source of aas at my eyes on internet.

There are still a lot of shipping restrictions from W1. I just went on the postal website for that country. Basicstero is doing the right thing. I have orders from another big source that has shipping restrictions to my country and I've been waiting for orders from March still. Flights are just barely now starting to resume.

What's the point of stocking the warehouse if they can't ship to half the countries around the world? do you understand how shipping works? just because you've received some orders it doesn't mean everyone else around the world can.

They said they can deliver to many countries with w1... and my country is in the list aswell.... so i dont know whay you are talking about ?

Bro it's pretty simple, they have only just been able to start shipping to most countries from W2 which is where they send their stock to W1 from. So that's the reason that W1 has been out of stock for so long.
